Clean, helpful and friendly. Staff was amazing, food in the hotel was great. Awesome view from my room

Great hotel, clean, good service and well located.

Great location but we found the general area of the hotel to be dirty with trash, homelessness and graffiti. When we arrived to our room the first day, a maid walked by us and ignored the fact that we were struggling with getting the door open. Turns out it was our error (doors pushed in instead of pulled out) but she could have easily solved our issue by showing us. Instead, she walked right by with her head down. Hotel was accommodating and roomy, but we didn’t get coffee and cream placed in our room for the second day of our stay, and my sheets had makeup on them.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is close to metro. Easy to take subway or bus. Walking distance to everything.

Fabulous hotel perfectly located in the centre of Barcelona within easy walking distance of everything. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious All the staff were really helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious! All in all a perfect short stay

I love Vincci. This property has two things I didn’t like. It’s a bit run down, and also you hear noises everywhere. The neighbors rooms, the hallways, etc

Good location for walking to Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and Passeig de Gracias. Good views of Sagrada Familia from the rooftop. Was not at all impressed by the hotel restaurant. Small portions, quite dark interior, and overpriced food. Had some noise from cleaners outside rooms and while cleaning adjacent rooms. Bathroom shower fittings need to updated. Regulating water temperature is not easy. Seems to be some crime in the area. Saw lots of police in front of the cafe next door (365) this morning and last night, a girl was sitting shaking outside one of the big stores on Passeig de Gracia and had lots of security guards with her. Seems she might have been mugged.

Great location and staff is excellent. Specially Reception Marina is excellent and very helpful.

Good hotel but rooms near the street are noisy. Staff was OK, not great. As far as value, I think the hotel was very overpriced.

This didn’t feel like a true 4* hotel, especially having came from a 4* hotel in Barcelona prior to our visit. I didn’t think the money we paid was worth the stay at all. The Tv wasn’t mounted to the wall as presented in the images, it was on the desk meaning we weren’t able to use that space. Room wasn’t cleaned, the beds were just made and our dirty towels which we left in the corner were picked up and hung on hooks, NOTHING else was touched, when we flagged this to reception nothing was done aside from a fresh set of towels sent up. The rooftop was absolutely underwhelming, the images are extremely deceptive, we had hoped to go up and sunbathe which is why we booked the hotel, but chose not to once we went up due to the lack of space and dated tiny pool. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
