Hotel is becoming outdated and the room is starting to appear very tired. We stayed in room 309 and it was very obvious there was a fix on the wall from a hole (likely from door knob), which if fixed correctly we would never know. Hotel is a little ways from downto

There was nothing I didn’t like. Staff were friendly. Very dog friendly never been to a motel before that was so friendly to dogs. Actually Parksville is very very dog friendly. Lots of places to walk them especially along the ocean front

Even though on a Main Street, the rooms were very soundproof. Suite was spacious. Across fro great minigolf facility.

Really liked the large bath towels and table and chairs in the room.

I called and booked the best suite and made sure my dog was allowed. When i finally arrived. They said i cant have dogs on the third floor because someone was allergic and they stuck me in a tiny room instead

The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. When we checked in they had 29 check-outs with only 2 house keepers so naturally our room was not ready. Instead of making us wait (which we were totally happy to do) they upgraded us to a beautiful suite free of charge. We also got free mini-golf at the amusement park across the street which was very fun. We will stay at this hotel every time we stay in Parksville!

The hotel's prime location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, with spotlessly clean and impressively quiet rooms. While the rooms are on the smaller side and could use larger windows for more natural light, the reliable amenities and peaceful atmosphere more than make up for it. A solid choice that delivers where it matters most.

The room was a nice size with a fridge and a microwave (with a splatter cover) so it was easy to make a simple breakfast and lunch. We used the bbq- they had bbq tools we could’ve used and the bbq was clean. We enjoyed the mini golf and the specialty drinks as well as the water machine- it was hot so the ice cold water was appreciated. The towels were so soft and huge. Staff was friendly.

We had a great time here. Property is really clean. We have two young kids who slept well without any issues. Quiet around the area.

For a one night stay, the room was adequate 1 queen bed. The room was tiny. Clean and tidy premises
