Easy check in, friendly staff, clean property and room. Love this place as my mom used to work here & it remains the same comfortable/welcoming cute motel.

Everything was great until I ask if we could stay until 11:30 on a Sunday because we were watch our church service on line and the manager very rudly said that would be $50.00 !! Not cool !! It was Sunday morrning !!!

I love finding smaller places like this to stay when we travel. It was nice, clean and very convenient for our stay in Florence. We would definitely stay here again.

Older style one-floor motel right on HWY 101. The rooms have been updated and are very well kept. We had a pleasant 2-night stay. Our only negative comment is that we were in room #2, which has adjoining room doors. We could hear our neighbors too easily and clearly, even though they weren't being loud at all.

It is a decent place but the room smelled like a very potent deoderizer and smell didn't lesson with window open. Also bathroom has a musty/ urine smell.

The property is a quaint motel. The grounds and room were well kept. The most disappointing issue was that some of the electrical outlets didn't work.

The first thing is the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. The floor would have been softer. The pillows were hard as rocks. They turn the fridge off when people check out. It did not even get cold enough to use until day three. There is so.ething up with the electrical. One of the bathroom lights and one of the lights by the bed flickered like a strobe light. The sad part is we have stayed at this place for over 15 years. In that time they have changed management so many times and have lost the aspect of making it like home. Unfortunately, we will have to break this tradition. For the price, it is worth staying at another motel/hotel down the street. I say the least, we were not just unhappy, we were broken hearted that this place has become what it is.

Very cute and kept up

When I walked in the room I was shocked by how run-down it was, and it reeked of room deodorizer. We left the windows open for a couple of hours and it helped a bit. The floor was so old and grungy that I suspect no amount of cleaning could actually get it clean. However, the bed was comfortable and we slept well, so that was good. It was not really that cheap, so I expected more.

Typical older type motel. It was nice, clean bathroom and bedroom. Was very happy with the room, location and price. Nothing fancy, just a nice motel room for the night. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good place to stay.

It was just as mentioned in other reviews: an exceedingly clean, comfortable, affordable place. Location worked perfectly for us.

Love the small personal feel instead of giant chain hotels. Only drawback was most outlets didn’t work but would not stop me from staying again.
