I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely try to stay at another okko hotel if possible. Efficient and clean room, and the free extras in the private lounge were really a change from the usual hotel operating models. The only issue was with a hair-plugged shower drain. I suggested to the person at reception servicing this item every couple of days. Otherwise I couldn't be more satisfied.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities

What an amazing experience! The Okko came highly recommended and did not disappoint and we will be recommending it now too. The lounge and snack area was a delightful experience, the rooms were compact but very comfortably furnished. Bedding was amazing with linen duvet and lovely pillows. The buffet breakfast was so fresh and had lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh bakery items.

We like the hotel. It is quite, safe and located in a nice area.

The fire alarm went off at around 7:30. There was no staff telling people where to go. People were left in the hotel and staff did nothing. When the alarm stopped sounding no staff came out side to tell us what to do. When we checked out there was no apology or any sort of conversation. There fire procedures are terrible and it’s a big worry if there was a fire in the hotel.

Great location! Really nice room with added benefit off the “club” room. Most absurd bathroom I have ever encountered. Be prepared to practice water containment when taking a shower.

Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and small. I also liked the breakfast. The staff were friendly as well.

Service was good. We did not appreciate the "integrated" bathroom: glass doors don't provide much privacy, and the strange layout requires one to step on the shower floor to use the facilities. Whoever designed this space did not have to use it. Pictures of the room were taken in a way that does not reveal this.

Rooms are small but lounge is nice. Incredibly central to everything.
