Ice machines not working so no ice in this hot weather

I had a reservation booked and the attendant told me to come back later she was busy with some count or something.. I just wanted to get in my room and just relax so I can be at work in the morning. But I waited the .5 hr.. then she opened up. But she looked annoyed. I get it, but that's something I reserved and it's time running on her clock or not. It seemed quiet that night.

Room smelled like bleach was poured into the drains giving me a nauseated in the hospital feeling. People drinking around the compound. I checked out 3-4 hours after checking.

Good for the price

Staff is very friendly and attentive.

The room was smaller than the usual Motel 6, clean enough but dingy. The outside areas are shabby and needed paint or cleaned. There were a bunch of people in lawn chairs partying in front of the stairs when we arrived and they didn’t offer to move and let us by. And worst of all, I accidentally left a cherished item of clothing in the room, returned hoping to find it a couple of days later, and the office staff didn’t look for it or offer to help.

Well priced, the building is newish and well maintained. The check in staff were friendly and professional. There was debris left in the landing outside my room. The place was nearly full and the staff may of had a hard time keeping up with some of the inconsiderate guests.

The room was clean, the front desk were very helpful and kind.

Bugs in the room; ants and mosquitoes everywhere! Hair from previous stay also everywhere. As soon as I walked in room, my allergies started. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay at all.

My room was on the side that was close to a freeway; the noise kept me awake. Then someone's car alarm went off many times in the night also. Not sure if the hotel staff could have done anything about that. Didn't sleep well at this hotel.

The front desk was efficient and courteous and helpful. The room was basic but clean. I wish the bath towels were bigger.

The staff should tell you there is no maid service for three days. The noise at 2:30 AM was awful, but I do not think it is the hotel's fault.

It was a good value for the money. Clean, beautiful courtyard, staff was good

Next to the 101 freeway but you cannot hear anything from the freeway. Hotel is very clean and kinda unassuming. Staff was super polite, and easy check in.
