I stay here a lot - wifi needs improving and better business meeting room facilities please

Great location, near a wonderful shopping mall and great restaurants. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great location and amenities. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in Belo Horizonte. The proximity of Patio Shopping and other great stores and bars is a plus too. The only down point I would like to mention is the key system and the internet. I had to re-key several times during my stay and I had to ask the staff to reconnect my WiFi which can be annoying when you are working and relying on it.

The staff was great, but the key system and staff he internet were a pain! We had to go to the reception desk all the time to rekey or to ask access to the internet / WiFi. Other than that, everything went well

Check in was excellent! Room good a spacious. 8 o'clock in the morning drilling above my head, not pleasant at all!!

The room was so comfortable with a nice view. I loved the fitness room and breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely book future stays at the Radisson!

House keeping kept interrupted me every day. We agreed on a time they would make up the room but house keeping didn’t get the memo. They moved me to a different room where the TV and Internet would not work. This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and both times it has been a nightmare! It’s a really nice hotel with a great restaurant but the experience sucks! How can a place this nice be so poorly run! It’s unreal! I reached out to Hotels.com and for nothing but attitude! No help just a bunch of BS! I will never book this hotel nor will I ever use hotels.com again! This entire trip was. Nightmare because of how poorly hotels.com is when
