Nice location. If you like a Calm and peaceful area. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The big market is near (5-10mins by walking) small izakaya (5mins by walking)

It rained the entire time we were there, but the hotel is beautiful and clean. I think they do weddings as the grounds behind the hotel are pretty and the entire 2nd floor is a bridal area.

Hotel was ok. Easy and free parking on site. The room is clean but a bit old, with dated furniture and torn curtain blinds.

Everything is good except the smells of smoking in the corridor. Location is fantastic.

My daughter got an allergic reaction to food during breakfast. Staff was quick responding to the situation. First responders came immediately. Thank you!!!!

The staff was very friendly and help for all information around the hotel.

Breakfast menu is not so good as we caccot have poor foods and services.

Great stay despite the horrendous weather. Hotel's 30min walk from the station in a nice/quiet area (10min bus ride). Spacious, clean room and very good breakfast. Bit pricy but this was GW. Good restos within a walking distance.

It was in a great location. The staff was excellent and so was the breakfast. Over all the hotel was a very nice stay.

Excellent location and warm service. The room is small but confortable. Excellent restaurtant as well. The only drawback that I can think of is the price might be high for this area.

Nice Hotel overall, but rooms were a bit aged. The hotel is in a quiet area, not much action in the immediate surrounding and not so close to any shopping or restaurants. To get to our dinner restaurant we did have to drive there. Service is adequate. Breakfast was exceptional.

You need to take a cab to Saga station. Front desk staff could use some smile.

Nice buffet breakfast. Close to the supermarket. Free parking too. Room size is good.

A bit old...needs renovation and updating of hardwares particularly furniture etc.
