I stayed at a hotel for more than its normal price. There was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel's location was not good. The hotel had a 2-star status. There was a 4-star hotel in the center of Valencia for the same price on the same day.

Great hotel, great front desk staff. The room was not *very* soundproof, I could hear noisy guests in the corridor and in their rooms. The worst thing was there was no shower gel/body wash in the wall mounted dispenser in the shower, it was completely empty, so very unhappy about this. Otherwise, the room was 9/10 cosmetic condition some wear showing, and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Overall quite good 8/10. Recommended as a short stay hotel.

Quite remote for Valencia, requiring a minimum of 10 min walk to a relatively long train ride, or paying for a taxi/Cabify

Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. They provided me useful info which made my stay and my days in Valencia more comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

One stop away from city centre on the train,I liked the the normal day to day life away from the tourist crowds.

The roon was not big but good enough. It was really clean, smelled very good and the sheets was very comfortable and soft. I really recommend it. The only thing was not very good it was i little far from downtown.

So I booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap and close to the Grand Prix circuit for Motogp. The surrounding area is quite run down and it’s not in the city centre, so to be honest I wasn’t expecting much. But on arrival I found the hotel nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke really good English

We stayed at this hotel during Las Fallas Festival. It was in a suburb just outside the CBD, and the hotel was within walking distance (5mins) to the train station. The CBD was one train stop away. We found it better to stay in Benetusser than the CBD during the festival because it was less noisy during the day & night (although you will still hear firecrackers going off). The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi worked very well.

Séjour normal, seul problème le parking renseigné disponible pendant la réservation, alors qu'il ne l'ait pas, nous avons cherché des places de stationnement chaque nuit pendant 10 à 30 minutes.
