It’s alright

Paid 18000 ra for one night and my experience This is a very dated hotel ..all the furniture’s too I didn’t have a pleasant experience. Checked in at 0100 am and had to holler for the staff at front desk The room had a pungent smell of bleach so requested ti swap which they did. The wifi is unsecured .. anyone can connect to it, upon enquiring they said because of an issue they have left it unsecured. Bathrooms - flush worked after three attempts, and the sink flush too. TV didn’t work they said it’s an entire hotel thing not just my room - how is that an excuse? The towels in bath smelt of chlorine I wouldn’t stay here again!

Less service for the money spent At the time of booking 3 occupancy was ensured but at reception they didn't accept and charged extra.

I booked a suite room but the staff gave me standard room when check in.

My stay at Lemon Tree Shimona was very good. The property is nice and well maintained. The people and their service is excellent. Everyone's very courteous and will go out of way to make your stay comfortable.The food too was very good! Perfect for a business trip stay as well as leisure trip with your family.

Close to the Chennai Trade Center made this my hotel of choice. Clean and pleasant hotel. Was happily surprised to see the size of room and bathroom. Not a match-box size. Well priced. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to CTC although not the cleanest neighborhood but convenience was key. Used the business center even though I had Free Wifi in my room. Food is good. I was there for business and for only 2 nights. I was pleasantly surprised as I was on a budget, and I am a picky traveler.

Nice stay .

I checked in for a night's stay with my wife and daughter. The check in process was smooth but there was an absence of a bell desk and bellhop to help with luggage into the rooms. Rooms are large and smartly furnished. Air conditioning worked well and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Morning buffet breakfast at the Citrus Cafe had a good spread of Indian and continental food. Service was attentive and courteous. Checkout soon after was equally quick and hassle free. Overall a good experience. Recommended.
