The biggest problem was that this hotel, which claims to be child-friendly, only carried out activities for children in Russian. Usually, in such hotels, the songs played in children's animations, mini discos, etc. are chosen from internationally known children's songs, but unfortunately, 9 out of every 10 songs played for children here were in Russian. Therefore, non-Russian children did not have enough fun. Other than that, the hotel was generally good.

I m stay soo short time this hotel .Hotel rooms are soo simple and food service for 5 starts hotel but clean all area.who choice this area for holiday they really enjoy..l ll come agan.Staff soo helpful .l went early morning but l got room soo late cause of bussy moment.

The property was very clean. From the moment you arrived , you can see it’s a very clean and maintained property. They met us at the front entrance. Asked what if I needed help. Let me park my rental car first and checked in with my kiddos. The staff new enough English at the front desk to discuss food places times. But I was also given an itinerary of times for my stay. Very helpful. The bracelets provided at check in were a soft material so not to discomfort you. I really liked that. The rooms were clean and nice. However, you could hear people in the hallway. Sometimes it would wake me up at night. The food is different for dinner ever night we stayed. That was nice! Beach walk was nice after breakfast or lunch. You could also talk the shuttle to and from the beach. They had free water fridges around the food areas for your pleasure. And ice cream for the kiddos throughout the day. The pharmacy was just right next door so in case you needed bands aids or aloe for sun burns.that was a plus.

The food was amazing. The drinks were ok. The bus to the beach was good. Most staff were great. Some not so good. Mainly Russian guests. We felt a bit out of place being English. The property is looking a little tired in places but overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.

Entertainment was great. Food was ok. Children loved the slides

Hotel is very good and nice to stay but thr problem they dont know and understand English. Overall experience good hotel place food and activities area are awesome but reception service is very poor

We enjoy their pleasure programs and meals and other sea activities, but the room service was not good and the main point was bad WiFi service since was not available in our rooms and even so bad in the main building. Regards

Staff is trying to do maximum effort to make you happy. That's important. Breakfast is rich and there's a wide variety of vegetable and also healthy meal options. Beach is about 8 mins walking but there is a shuttle service arranged. Highly recommended

The hotel is in awful condition! It is not 4*, it is 2*. It is old and dirty. Staff is rude, especially at the receiption. The music works loudly all day round, it is impossible to sleep during the day and untill 11 p.m. Food is is also awfull.

Yemekler berbattı. Akşam sabah Taze fasulye nohut barbunya bezelye. Kırmızı et aramayın. Sadece seçenek de değil lezzet de aramayın. Alkollü içkilerde hiç adını duymadığım değişik içecekler vardı. Yatakları güzeldi. Animasyon idare eder. Çalışanların suratları hep asık. Kaydırak havuzu 110 cm. Hep yere vuruyorsun. Tekrar asla gelmem.

Fiyat performans acısından güzeldi. Lakin odalarda ki izolasyon yeterli değildi. Yan ve üst odadaki saygısız turistlerin gürültüleri yüzünden uymakta biraz zorlandık. Onun dışında herşey yeterli ve düzenli sayılırdı. Teşekkürler

Ailemle gittiğim tatilde, genel olarak memnun kalmadım. Benim için pek önemi yok aman yemekler ve tatlılar hem az hem de başarısız. En olumsuz yanı, belki otelde devam eden bakım onarım yetkilileri ya da otel içindeki esnaflar ne yazık ki otel içinde kendi evlerinde gibi hareket ediyorlar bu sonra derece rahatsız edici bir durum kesinlikle müşteri değillerdi bu çok belliydi ve zaten bileklikleri de yoktu.

Girişte karşılayan arkadaşlardan çağlar vardı çok ilgili güler yüzlü ve çözüm odakliydi. Ben çalışanların hepsini takdir ediyorum motivasyonları hep yüksek ve herkes yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. pizza fırınında duran beyefendi hariç o biraz söylenerek ve fevri yapıyordu işini turistler anlamadığı için bir kaç kere kızlığını duydum. Otel yemekleri damak tadimiza pek uymadı ama aç kalma ihtimali yok çünkü neredeyse 00 a kadar atıştırmalık var. Deniz yakın Otel organizasyonunu kim yönetiyor bilemiyorum ama çok başarılı tebrik ve teşekkür ediyorum. Harika bir tatil yaşamak istiyorsanız muhakkak gidin. Birde eklemek istiyorum rez yaparken kızımı eklemeyi unutmuşum hic sorun etmeden 3 kişilik odayi hazırladılar. Hepinize çok ❤️

Excellent hôtel tout est à disposition pour ne pas sortir à l’extérieur, animateurs et personnel d’une gentillesse extrême, bienveillants, piscine, halal, salle de sport, club pour les enfants… tout est là pour passer d’excellentes vacances, très bien situé, excellent rapport qualité prix pour un tout inclus

Eşimle birlikte üç gece dört gün konakladık. Çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle yemekleri ve aperatifleri bir harika. Havuz başı etkinlikleri de çok keyifliydi. Fiyat performans açısından iyi bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz

Ailemle 3 gece kaldık çok sevdik. Güzeldi fiyat performans olarak gayet yeterli. Odamız 1+1 di. Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceklerim yataklar cok sert taş gibi ve meşrubatların tat olayı kötü. Colada kola tadı yok meyve sularında uzak durulması gereken bişey gibi.

Tek sorun bazı personeller Türkçe bilmiyor ama biz problem yaşamadık.
