Great hotel

No hot water in the shower and the pillows weren’t comfortable

Rooms are small, but so convenient being right next to the airport.

Las habitaciones sumamente austeras y en mal estado algunos detalles, como la puerta, la agarradera del baño y muy pocas conexiones de luz. Desde al entrar al pasillo de las habitaciones, hay un olor no terrible, pero sí desagradable, como a muy encerrado. No hay buena iluminación y se ve y se siente un poco deprimente. El desayuno no lo disfruté nada, no tenía ni sabor ni calidad. Lo siento, esperaba mucho más de lo que recibí. No me volvería a hospedar aquí y tampoco lo recomiendo. El joven que nos atendió en recepción, sí fue muy amable y eso lo aprecio mucho.

Very nice. Only small problems like very slow draining shower, a damaged tv screen and the pool could have been cleaner. Room very clean and friendly staff.

El restaurante necesita mucha organización, alguien del personal del hotel que esté vigilando el orden porque nadie respeta y ensucian todo, en una sola palabra es un caos esa área.

My daughter and I our experience with One Hotel has been great. The staff's are amazing, friendly, kind, answered all my questions, and helped us a lot. If we had a problem, the staff's would fix that right away. The bed are comfortable, internet access is great, the location/ transportation access is amazing because it is easy to get to different places to do activities. The food needs more varieties. Hot cakes, waffles, omelet, french toast. Different fruits, apples, oranges, mango, bananas, grapes and so on. Have some none meat breakfast. Not all guests eat pork or ham eggs. Overall, we are happy with the service. Yes, we would definitely come back to this hotel and stay. We really enjoyed our stay. What we really liked was the laundry service for us to wash our clothes and dry it too.

Good location! 7 minutes walk to the international airport which makes it very convenient. Rooms aren’t big but enough for what you paid for.

Muy buena opción para nosotros que llegamos casi a la media noche. A unos cinco minutos caminando del aeropuerto. El chico que nos ayudó fue amable. El desayuno básico con cereal, yogurt, pan, café, fruta y un plato fuerte de frijoles, huevo y totopos. El baño pequeño pero limpio. La habitación adecuada, el techo tenía un pequeño daño como de humedad. Fue básico, pero nos ofreció lo que necesitábamos.

This hotel is convenient for the proximity to the airport but they need to get better with the cleanliness of the place , also the food was mediocre, some stuff were cold and the food taste like was made a day before
