All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Only stayed for two days, but wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a really enjoyable staybhere in August. The staff were fantastic and facilities were good. However, this IS NOT an adults only complex and i think this needs to be clearer in its advertising. The main pool - which is physically closest to the accommodation space - is open to paying public guests during the day which includes children. There is a smaller hotel guest only pool next to the main pool, however this unexpected discovery meant it wasnt the quiet oasis we'd hoped for when we booked (at a premium) for an adult only space.

Great stay!

Amazing hotel and will definitely return. Adult only resort does have adjacent pool for general public which is the pool to exercise in. Other pool lovely to cool down but disappointed with the proximity to large pool and children. Breakfast staff and reception truly great. Didn’t understand the ferry but visited a few stops; two amazing at Bellagio and Menaggio but found Varenna quite rude and racist. Got stuck at Menaggio for last ferry 30 mins late and woman in the ferry terminal was so unhelpful.

The perfect location to enjoy Lake Como. Great staff and excellent food.

Absolutely stunning location! Great Breakfast and a great service from all the staff- reception/restaurant/bar. Also the food menu at the restaurant for dinner was really good. Will definitely return :)

Amazing property. Very quiet and boutique. Perfect if you have transportation to discover the area. Otherwise, it can be limiting

A brilliant place to stay. Not too quiet but not busy absolutely stunning view and lots of outdoor activities. Staff were outstanding amazing breakfast

Nice hotel great location on the lake. Modern facilities nice room, good pools. The restaurant was on the lake and had a good menu and staff.

Wait staff was very attentive. Everyone was helpful and engaging. Will stay there again, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Como. Very very nice.

The property is in an industrial area and the surrounding area is not "appetizing". We ended up not even staying there and had to pay for another property

Erica the receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped with our plans and made things really easy. There needs to be more gluten free options and almond milk options. Not able to have the soy option and dairy cause major problems and so does lactose-free

Incredible value for money! This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lake Como - the pool area was amazing, breakfast had a great selection, the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the room itself was spacious, modern, comfy and clean! Welcome drink on arrival, parking was easy, loved the fact that you have a kettle in your room with tea/coffee, and the shower was great! No complaints!
