Reception area is well kept up and well renovated. Rooms are dated and old

Excellent service. Professional, attentive and accommodating personnel. Nice and clean room.

Whilst a nice hotel, we arrived to find a huge festival right next to the hotel which continued until after midnight with very loud music & the bass being felt in the room. We couldn’t change room as the hotel was fully booked & so our window overlooked the loud concert. This clearly impacted our sleep. Why the hotel did not think to inform guests of this I am unsure. Photo from our room below. They also failed to tell us that the roads leading to the hotel had barriers in place to stop us driving to the hotel. We had to leave the car & walk to the hotel to find out how to access it. The answer from reception was to just drive around the barriers on the wrong side of the road. Overall a restless night & lack of communication from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. Very clean. But the most important is an excellent restaurant with original cuisine.

Jak na hotel 4* - trochę słaba jakość wyposażenia, pora na remont pokoi. Klimatyzacja działa. Czajnik w pokoju. Śniadania dość dobre, ostatnio poprawiły się i są coraz lepsze. Mało dobrych dań na gorąco. Bezpłatny parking.

Wi-Fi was awful with no option for paid faster connection. Unable to do any work video calls or download documents due to the speed. Staff were unfriendly and service was far from attentive.

This is an excellent choice for travellers passing by. The hotel has everything you need: a good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. I must say I had no time to get around in Marijampole so I cannot say much about it, except that the park near the hotel is beautiful and quiet. This was my third stay in this Mercure and I would choose it again when traveling this route.

COVID complicated matters but the hotel did a good job with breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is comfortable and spacious.

This will have been the second time i have stayed at the Mercure Marijampole. As before, the staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring that all needs were met. Check in and check out were simple and efficient. The rooms were clean and tidy, very much worth the price. I would gladly stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The price was affordable and the accommodations were above my expectation. The daytime staff was quite exceptional.

All good as usual, lovely spa, still best pizza in town, friendly service. Coffee at breakfast is still undrinkable, an omelette is waterish, lack of sweets.
