This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink. The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families. Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

I really do not recommend this place! the staff & services are just terrible and sometimes even rude! the in-room air conditioning system was just a mess and three of us ended up ALL SICK at the end of our vacation...the food quality is also below average as compared to other all-inclusive places I travelled before e.g. in Cancun. There are some non-fresh items that you see routinely in the buffet, and I am not sure whether they actually test them for expiration etc. we had a few instances of stomach upset immediately after lunch/dinner and so Please be aware of these items! The ONLY thing that I really enjoyed here was the late night music and bar.., I thinks that was actually very good and the ONLY reason I ended up giving an overall rating of Poor instead of terrible!

Overal good place but foods go cheaper and low quality everyday only saturdays are good and fresh foods. The soups are from the day before.

The stay was ok the hotel was a bit out of date and lot a lot of restaurants open for all inclusive so not many food options.

It's a great hotel and value for your money. the bedrooms, the pool, the food, everything is amazing. It was our second visit to this very hotel and we have really enjoyed. the staff is very friendly and helpful. thank you to all staff of crystal palace hotel.

The Property was very well maintained. The room was very clean and everything worked just fine. The staff were very friendly and informative and supportive of all my questions and needs. The food was just too much and truly 5 stars. The pool was very clean and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this resort to all.

Aqua Park and shows for kids Swimming is really large size with nice restaurants and u can eat anytime because there are variety of restaurants which are open everytime.

I enjoyed the breakfast it was yummy every morning actually the best part of my stay I’m not the one to give bad reviews thus is not a bad review so I’m just going to tell how I truly felt, Sunbeds were very hard to find every day of my holiday Staff was told about it but I didn’t get results but I did give them an advise that guest shouldn’t be allowed to put towels out as early as 4am and should be allowed from 8am with only the hotel towels and not to use their own towels to save 4 sunbeds that they hardly use up as I did see family’s saved spaces on both of the pool area but only used one area resulting a waste of sun beds being saved up also everyone would be having a better sleep and not to be worry about the sunbed challenge at 4am. Overall would I recommend it personally I wouldn’t visit again

Every thing was prrfect.great hotel except internet .internet was so bad.

Issues in check in - I had booked the family room and I was insistent to take the family room as it was sufficient for me (3 adults and 2 children, and not 5 adults as has been quoted to your goodself). The choice i was given was either take two standard rooms or one family room and in both cases, I was asked for the payment of USD 509/-. Should no extra fee have to be charged, i will highly appreciate if you can instruct the concerned to refund the amount of USD 509/-

The swimming pool was nice the sauna was good , the food was poor ,I eat almost the same thing everyday...at the end my money was stolen on my wallet on the safe...I am devastated....
