Nice clean hotel. Staff was great. Irene in particular helped with parking in narrow basement NH parking stalls.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the railway station. It is modern and very comfortable with a restaurant where we enjoyed a very nice dinner. Our room was spacious with a large balcony. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Everything was very clean.

Nice hotel, convenient to main train station. No air-conditioning unless outside temperatures are high. Hotel water for showers are a problem on the 6th floor. This is our 5 time in this hotel over several years. This time we were disappointed by staff response to the water issue on the 6th floor

Perfect hotel for short visit to Parma. The hotel is barely a half block from the quiet side of the train station, so no need for a taxi coming or going. The major operator of Parma tours picks up at the front door. The staff is a delight, the rooms ares gigantic for Italy, and the breakfast is first class, including local specialty foods and baked goods. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to the historic part of the City, including the major museum complex, shopping, restaurants and the best gelato in town. You simply can’t go wrong with this one.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Clean, spacious, renovated. Staff friendly. Line at checkin was long. Only one person -- which should be avoided at 5 pm.

Francesca and the rest of the reception staff were fantastic and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very upscale contemporary! We slept well. Walkable in about two minutes from the train station. 16-18 minutes to walk to city center or a 5 minute; 9 euro cab ride. This was perhaps the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Greece and Italy, and definitely the best value! Highly recommend. They even have a gym and a morning breakfast buffet.

Nice property

I very much liked the fact that the property was at the train station, and I could walk to the train at check-in and check-out.

Stayed in jr suite was very spacious Breakfast buffet was good

The breakfast is fantastic The pillows are quite hard which made the bed uncomfortable and I still have a sore neck If you’re someone who likes to have a bath - there was one in my bathroom and it was a proper size - having the soap / shampoo etc on the wall at a height for showing makes bathing really awkward to actually wash. Since they’re fixed to the wall and almost impossible to remove it’s annoying.

The room is clean the staff is nice.

Clean and lovely hotel

A nice hotel conveniently located to the train station and a short (10-15 minute) walk to the heart of the city. Hotel in great shape with spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms (three key factors that I look for in hotel). Definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to everything. Underground safe parking. Lovely room. Very helpful staff. I would absolutely stay again !! You wont be disappointed.
