Hotel is more for business. Not family friendly style. It is a little far from Bologna.

This hotel is an average 4 star hotel. If you are business traveler, it is fine, as a tourist, the area has nothing to offer. Breakfast was good, service by waitress Nicole was amazing she was lovely, the rest of the staff, was always in a corner, talking, you had to go ask for what you wanted. No luggage cart, so it was hard takibg all bags to the room Carpet in hallways and in rooms feels dirty. Great Single use amenities , *in a junior suite, coffe maker but only ONE little bottle of water complimentary on a 3 night stay. Nothing bad about the hotel but nothing special either .

We spent 5 nights here and it was a good stay overall but looking at the amenities provided, it felt we paid a bit more than what should have been the case for this kind of hotel especially since it is not that centrally located.

Everything was very good. The hotel is nice and all is updated.

Breakfast times are very misleading. The signs in the hotel tell you to come either at 7am or 10-10:30 am for the least amount of people traffic but they start packing everything up before 10 so get your breakfast fast before it’s gone

I had a marvelous buffet breakfast as well as a perfect dinner--I highly recommend their lasagna and Grand Marnier Souffle. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bus stop is right outside the hotel. There are restaurants and shopping within minutes to walk to.

Staff is great, hotel is new, well maintained and clean. However, there was a constant "humming" sound I could hear in the hallway, some time during my stay. Not sure if it was the elevator or a generator somewhere in the building. It was not enough to bother me, as I sleep very deeply. Restaurant was good and overall experience was pleasant. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is modern and attractive in general but the room would have been more comfortable without the really stark bright lighting. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and replenishment during busy times. At breakfast there was no where to make coffee, you need to try to get a staff member's attention and they bring it to you which isn't ideal. Reception staff were helpful but for some reason unable to order taxis in advance. The hotel is close to the airport (about 10 minutes) but not very central. However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus into the city centre takes about 20 minutes. Overall, a nice hotel but needs a few tweaks.

Everything was absolutely amazing and the staff were very polite and very helpful. Enjoyed every moment of my stay and would go again. 😀

Checking in the receptionist could not find my booking. After a while trying to find it and I provided the booking confirmation number she was able to find it. When I asked her what was the issue she replied rudely “You have too many names”. Making me feel I had done something wrong even though the booking name was exactly written as in my passport which she was holding. It was not a warm welcoming reception as it felt bigoted against Spaniards, Mexicans and other cultures with more than 1 name and surname. Things didn’t improve after that as I told her that I had exactly the right number of names and she replied “ok, whatever you say”. I didn’t escalate from there because we had to start working and she was taking already too long to check us in. I find hard to believe my experience to be an isolated one and it has left me with such a bad feeling about that trip that will never go back to any UNA hotel.

It was great. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. So convenient to go to the main town. Not far from the town either. Hotel was clean and all like new. Highly recommend
