Good place for a family vacation. Staff is very helpful and polite. Great food and a lot of attractions for children. Though, there are some cons; 1. Aqua park for kids works during the hottest time of the day and not available outside the odd hours. 2. Air conditioners do not work properly in some rooms (ours was good, but others were complaining). 3. The lift in our building was out of order 3 times during a single week. 4. Inventory of on-site shops is very limited and of really low quality.

Property is big but very outdated. One thing I did not enjoy is the food. Don’t find it to be authentic Turkish food. Also, do not like that they charge extra to eat at the other Al le cart restaurants. I also don’t like the people coming up and asking to do a review that you enjoy the property. So reviews are not authentic. Not very professional.

A family holiday with 7 adults and 4 children (ages from 20 months to 8 years) staying in 4 rooms was a resounding success with something for everyone. We were surprised and very pleased with the range and quality of facilities, from the F&B, to the bedrooms, and entertainment. There was even an excellent guest lounge available for use after checking out whilst waiting for onward travel. All the staff were kind and courteous although not all understood much English which is not a criticism. The only slight negative would be the extensive use of plastic. Otherwise a brilliant holiday, well done and thank you.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. We will definitely be back in the future to experience the hotel with better weather.

due to being out of season a number of pools were closed. the per was also closed off.

Lovely stay, our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly (though not many spoke English). Lovely indoor play area for our grandson. swimming pool areas were also very good

This was our 1st stay at Megasaray Club Belek and it was really nice. the rooms were modern with all the usual facilities you'd expect, such as USB ports in the power sockets, next to the bed. The whole resort was well maintained and was kept at a very high level of cleanliness. this probably helped keep flies and mosquito's away from the area. I normally get bitten to bits, wherever I go, but it was not an issue here. Just a couple for the trip. Heaps to do and all the entertainment is of a high quality. Word of warning is that it does carry an Ibiza feel to the music selection so if that's not your thing then be warned. It is my thing so I was quite ok with it. The meal times are a bit hectic in the main buffet hall but you get used to it and where to go to get what you like. The beach was great and there were always loungers available. Good wash down facilities too to get rid of the sand afterwards. Lovely pier also for daytime use or to catch the sun falling over the horizon. The kids loved the water park too and again it was not too busy and they had minimal waits between slides. Probably a good thing for them to catch their breath anyway! Would I go again? Yes I would. I loved it and so did the rest of the family.

We stayed at the Megasaray Club Belek for two weeks at the height of summer and we found everything amazing. From the natural beauty of the resort full of green areas and vegetation to the proximity of the seaside, one can always find enough space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. It’s a great place for families and children of all ages. My son really enjoyed the pool entertainment, the water games, the nightly football matches and the company of children his age. The food is incredibly healthy and the choice vast enough to encompass many different cuisines. The staff are spontaneously friendly, fast and helpful despite the intense pressure. I particularly recommend the Spa for its broad choice of therapies and treatments including the classic sensuous Turkish Hammam. I found the Spa experience with the right course of massages and treatments the perfect coronation of the whole Mind, body cleansing and relaxation experience to make one’s holiday extra worthwhile. The Megasaray club group seems to care for the environment in tangible ways and hopefully will continue to develop in this direction for a more sustainable type of tourism for the future.

Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff. The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day! My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Lovely hotel - great facilities and lots of options throughout.

The hotel facilities are amazing. There was varied entertainment for kids and adults, some good evening shows, and lots of delicious food. In fact the menu was pretty mind-blowing. The pools, the spa, all the public spaces, amphitheatre, aquapark and bars are a dream. The tennis courts and equipment were easy to book. The staff were lovely, thank you to everyone for making our stay so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Megasaray Club Belek resort with our toddler! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. The facilities were fantastic, with plenty of activities for our little one to enjoy, including a safe and engaging kids' club and a playground. The food options were diverse and delicious, ensuring even our picky eater was satisfied. We appreciated the attention to detail in the family-friendly accommodations, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The lovely resort and private beach provided the perfect backdrop for unforgettable family memories. We can't wait to return for another fantastic stay! Thank you to all the staff. All is good with the hotel and the country but we need to pay more for the flight with the luggage, choose the seat and airport transfer which come to around £400.

Fantastic stay and accommodation. We are vegetarians and this resort has not disappointed us at all with all the vegetarian options.
