AC never cooled and bath soap bars were hand soap bars.

Property was decent, rooms clean, but management was horrible. I Booked a room by reservation on Friday July 26th . Went to check in said there was 1 room left of the 1st floor, it was handicapped wheel chair accesible room thats was being worked on but he still rented it to me and said Monday Id have to move out of that room because needed maintenance, I said No problem, 1st night No Problems, the next day , I went and let them know I cant switch rooms Monday, I work from 7:30am till 5:30pm and check out is at 11, so I cant get my stuff, he said they will move it, and thats the last thing I want is strangers handling all my personal belongings. At that time a room had came available but wasnt cleaned, he said I could move now if I wanted, but the rooms dirty, so I said id take it, and went back to get my things in order, and wait for a clean room. Went back to thd desk little over 30min later he said the room was just taken and Id have to wait for Monday for sure... Mgr said "I told you to move your stuff"!, I said you never said right then and there and and it wasnt clean yet!....He said I told you, very rudely....So I asked what was I suppose to do, im not missing work, because you put me in a room that was being worked on, and knew Monday Id hav e too be out and didnt set one aside? He then goes I dont have time for this, you dont like it, dont comeback, matter of fact I m putting you on the DNR List,, in the morning I want you gone,., this was Sunday and I had 2 days

The place was filthy.

I had roachs in my room just nasty

Said was pet friendly but they wanted you to cage your dogs. We didn’t stay because of that.

I saw a roach in my room and the bathroom door wouldn’t latch.

It had cockroaches inside the room. Small ones. The door had a hole, so people could see it to the inside the outside environment felt unsafe.

Great stay.

Overall it is clean.

Friendly staff, but that was about it. The building was falling apart.

There was urine on the wall. Asked for another room the man said there was none available. They cleaned it but by this time I was disgusted. Then a roach passes me in the hall. So I decided to check out and move to another hotel. If you do not care about the issues I mentioned and just want the cheapest in a decent location then this might work. Otherwise I don't recommend.

Easy parking

I realize that motel 6 is just an inexpensive place to sleep, but this place is just sad. No lobby. No restrooms. No convenience for the customer at all. Mckinney is not a bad place, but this hotel is. Dirty halls. Dirty floors. The room looked really abused and the door had been kicked in at some point and barely would close.

Was not allowed to check in by check in time because the room was not ready.

It was ok

Comfortable . Utilitarian. Shower is tiny.
