The room, the view is very beautiful.

All the door and window can't open. Also this room has so many ants in my bed. The room don't have any telephone or hotline. I need to go so far and wait the receptionist.

Staff very friendly. Only the weather degraded over. Lizard droppings on the bed. The gas is still yellow and stained

The facility has not been maintained and is consequently and unfortunately well past it's use by date. It would have been quite beautiful in it's day. We arrived late and were not warned about the serious mosquito problem and the many mosquito entry points. We were not given any resources to deal with the problem and without forewarning, we had no chance to resource ourselves. We had booked to stay for 4 nights but because of the bad first night, and appalling state of the room and sub standard bedding, we left the resort. The staff are really nice and polite and all our dealing with them were very pleasant. Sorry for the bad review.

The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious but not many options. Room B1 has a leak.

Quiet space, airy, enthusiastic reception attentive.

Everything was great until we needed a bed nets to avoid our noses, so we gathered together with a 15p net 😂 then helplessly called the receptionist and the hotel staff came in and .. the three of us I continued to unite with the mosquito net for 15 minutes 🤣 I finally found a way after using professional measures iếtI think Osaka should print and paste the mosquito net in the room so that stupid guests like me know how to love Osaka

The room is very large, compared to other hotels with the same price and utility, but there is something to put the TV in front of the bed for ease of use. Nice garden, food is enough for breakfast. Nearby there is a nice cafe view shop. Only 2km from the center, go to Grab bike only takes about 20k. The receptionist talked cute and polite
