I was surprised at the spaciousness of the room. The bed was very comfortable to me because I like a firm bed. The bathroom was excellent... I loved the deep Japanese tubs for relaxing.b quiet and safe neighborhood and only a 15 minute walk to any kind of activity and restaurants you want

Incredibly great compared to most, BUT, the checkout time is far too early compared to most 21st century hotels. The Kitano Plaza Rokkoso is still in the Showa period where that’s concerned.

Lands on a quiet great historic district of Kobe. Surrounded with classic tourist spots but less noise compared to the downtown. F Crisp and fresh air than the down below neon area.

Favorite features were the comfortable bed and the extra tall ceilings and windows allowing in lots of light sand and views of the mountain/picturesque neighborhood.

The hotel and the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, everything was great. Location was not the best but still 15 min walking to Sannomiya sta.

It’s conveniently located between Shin-Kobe and Sannomiya station (about a mile each way). However, it’s hilly there, so walking can be tough if you have a lot of luggage or kids.

Overall, my stay was amazing. The location was great- although it is up a slight hill, so be prepared if you’re walking. The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing me tips (and coupons on major attractions) around the area. My favorite part is that the hotel provided you with a complimentary mobile phone that you could use for local calls, Internet, and maps. It was very convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

I would stay here again. Nice room. Only the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing from a western point of view. No butter, only margarine. No fresh fruit. Choice of rolls/bread was limited. Not much to choose from it seemed if you don’t care for a a Japanese style breakfast.

The hotel staff were well trained and pleasant. The hotel has a calm and elegant evergy even though it's not flashy.

Nice hotel with spacious room. Bathroom was unusual in that you had to climb up a step into it, but had a lovely deep soaking tub. Is up a steep slope, but it is only a short distance. Close to both shin-Kobe and sannomiya stations (easy 6 min walk downhill). Caters to weddings so not very touristy or located in the heart of tourist area but very easily accessible.

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel had a great location!

This hotel has a large wedding trade and includes a large chapel and reception area for this purpose. We appreciated its location, which is within walking distance of the train station. Kobe is largely located on some pretty steep hills, so this is not the easiest walk with heavy luggage. Better to get a taxi when you arrive! It is near to shops, museums, and several cafes. We were able to walk down the hills and pick up the bus that circulates throughout the downtown area which helped us to see Chinatown, the port, and the City Museum.

Hotel staff were nice and friendly and room was a corner one with nice light and in good condition. Bed was very comfy too.

スタッフの方々の対応が良く、一人での宿泊でしたがお部屋が角部屋でテラスもあり静かで快適でした。 お風呂もとても綺麗でした。

建物自体は、かなり年数が経っているようですが、管理、清掃が行き届いていて気持ちよく、特に水まわりがとても綺麗。 交通の便も、有名な観光地なので、周囲の街並みも申し分なく、早朝の散歩も良かったです。また利用したいと思います。
