Property was sufficient but would have liked some food places.

Desk person was very kind but we were put into a smoking room when we had requested a non smoking. There wasn't anything in the room but the bed, fridge and a desk chair. It was like a jail cell. No coffee maker. Refrigerator was old and filthy. Towels were the same. The bed was the worst I've ever slept on - felt the platform right through the mattress. The only positive was the toilet and shower were clean. We checked out immediately, lost the cost of the room and checked into another hotel across the parking lot. We will definitely leave feedback with hotels.com.

Front Desk was so horrible to point they gave me migraine because they were making things difficult just check in.

The room was disgusting, dirty. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Check-in person was very nice & helpful. Never again Motel6!

This was by far my worse stay-over EVER while dealing with Motel 6! I’ve been reserving rooms and staying at this SAME MOTEL over the last 3+ years. And NEVER had i been so insulted / humiliated / nor belittled by security and personnel staff!! It was all over a simple issue that could’ve been resolved and easily resolved with adequate communication and UNDERSTANDING!! My family came in from out of town (their plane was delayed 2

Constant charge in management causes erratic service. Most recent manager change was the worst decision resulted in loss of really good staff and good guest services.

Theres always homeless folks walking up to you. And pretty sure hookers and drug dealers

Booked the stay in hotels.com. The front desk guy was confused when I got there and couldn’t find my reservation until I pulled it up on the app. The rent a cop harassed my bf and friends when they pulled up on their motorcycles claiming there was too many people to be there until I came down and showed him where I had two rooms for 6 people. Room was clean and AC worked great. Waffle House was close by so that def was a plus. Would stay here again if we needed to.

This Motel 6 was a disappointment. I don’t expect much because it’s a motel but the place feels very run-down and poorly maintained, with visible wear and tear throughout. The pillows didn’t have protectors so I could clearly see stains on the pillows. There were stains and burn holes in the sheets and blankets. Hairs in the corners and baseboards. The landlord special paint job didn’t help improve the aesthetics of the place. The atmosphere was unsettling, and I didn’t feel entirely safe during my stay. Someone kept pacing around my door. The room was dimly lit, the furniture outdated, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. While it’s budget-friendly, it’s not worth sacrificing comfort and peace of mind. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary. Just pay the extra $30 for a bit nicer motel.
