Room was spotless. Excellent location in the old town. The hotel is rather basic, but clean and comfortable rooms. Very limited social/public areas. This is not a large international hotel, but is perfect for anyone that wants to spend time in Bilbao rather than a hotel room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is nestled in the old town and it’s very beautiful. You are right near a cathedral and it was visible from our room. Very walkable and there are delicious food options in the neighbourhood. Then best bocadillos/sandwich is right across the street. The bread, ham and cheese were the perfect blend and so fresh. It is called Viandas.

Great location in the city center. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away. The front desk staff were very helpful.

The receptionist was really helpful during check in and gave us a number of recommendations for food and drink. Brilliant location for exploring Bilbao, lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. No air con but fans provided in the room and they were more than adequate. Would recommend.

The room was clean and good but had not small refrigerator and no air condition which was a great problem because it was a very hot day and we could not sleep.

There are many rooms that share bathrooms (in the hallway) and several rooms with a private bath. So pay attention when booking. Our room was spacious.

Clean, comfortable room. Hotel centrally located and easily accessible to transportation (or walking). Staff very helpful getting us oriented to the area. Good restaurants very close by. We were there during a soccer championship, so the streets were noisy at night - making sleep difficult even with windows closed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would return next time.

Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels.
