Amazing stay in the duplex unit. Simply amazing

During the 6 days stay we have to contact the staff mutiple times for simple requests as asking for shampoo, the locker was not working, the phone didn’t work, tv cable not working properly

Great staff and very convenient location.

Very clean and safe. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. My wife and I visited Águas Claras fir a family reunion and staying at S4 was a perfect match and experience.

Ok for the price I paid for.

Excelent cost benefit. Location very good, with supermarket, pharmacy and everything you need in walking distance. Worth the bucks.

Convenient place in Aguas Claras

O quarto é bem básico. Atende às suas necessidades básicas para passar uma noite. Infelizmente tivemos que matar uma barata no banheiro.

Check in was amazing, and honestly they were friendlier and nicer than check in staff at 5 star resorts I have stayed at. The location is safe and the pool was great!

Great place in a great location for a great price

The towels/linens don't appear to be professionally laundered. They have a fungal/bacteria odor trying to be masked by excessive softener/fragrance. The "double" bed is actually two single mattresses put together. So, there is a gap down the middle that widens during the night.

Já estivemos várias vezes hospedados em diferentes unidades. Invariavelmente o ar condicionado do quarto está com a luz pedindo manutenção. Dessa última vez nem a porta do banheiro tinha tranca pelo lado de dentro.

A QUALIDADE QUE TIVE NA HOSPEDAGEM ANTERIOR NÃO SE REPETIU DESSA VEZ, PORTA DO BOX NÃO FECHAVA, TOALHA QUE USEI MOLHADA FOI DOBRADA E COLOCADA DE VOLTA PARA EU USAR NA SEGUNDA DIARIA, QUANDO QUIZ USAR A TV ANTES DE DORMIR, NEM A TV E NEM O BOX DA TV A CABO NÃO DAVAM SINAL DE VIDA.

Excelente estadia, localizado próx mercado e restaurantes, conforto, café da manhã muito bom. Como oportunidade de melhoria seria colocar shampoo no box e tinha um sabonete para 4 pessoas então comprei sabonete e shampoo numa farmácia próxima. Também poderiam deixar o frigobar vazio pois no hotel oferece um minimercado.

Hotel com boa infra é bem localizado, com estacionamento. Precisando renovar alguns equipamentos já desgastados. Limpeza boa, mas a entrada é hall dos elevadores no térreo tem um cheiro enjoativo, talvez seja o produto utilizado. No geral, bom
