The hotel has a good location and the facilities were ok

Convinced customer that no reservations received but offered room available if I’d paid cash. Traveloka did nothing to support

Staffs are very helpful and friendly

I looked at the room on traveloka and it looked ok but when I arrived, the room was tiny and not comfortable for the same price, the toilet was tiny like a nose, the breakfast buffet was bad, in general I didn't feel safe staying there.

So actually I got another price from this website, and they say it was the system wrong about the travel price, and they are extra charge of me more. Please be better next time about the price at your website or any platform because it makes me confused.

The location was awesome you can't find better Area then this.

Kamar bersih dan nyaman, letak hotel strategis mudah cari makanan, kelemahannya dari bandara masuk Area Sukhumvit daerah hotel macetnya luar biasa setelah jam 4 pm, taksi argo plus tol yang awalnya diprediksi 700 Bath menjadi 1.050 karena macet. Rekomen taksi gunakan taksi aplikasi.

Saya menginap selama 4 malam di sini. Staf sangat ramah. Kamar saya di upgrade dengan view city dan kolam renang. Lokasi hotel strategis, hanya sekitar 2-3 menit berjalan kaki ke Stasiun BTS terdekat, yaitu Nana (jalur Sukhumvit). Mau ke Siam Paragon ataupun MBK hanya 3 stasiun. Sekitar hotel banyak cafe dan tempat refleksi. Kamar nyaman, tidak terdengar suara berisik dari dalam kamar. Kalau ke Bangkok, saya pasti akan kembali lagi menginap di sini.

Beautiful room, convenient, near BTS, near shopping malls, very good service Just the air conditioner has a little problem. Informing the front came up to adjust and the maid cleaned the room very slowly.

1. Towel very old 2. Air cond noise is very loud which quite disturb 3. Extra water bottle will be charged 4. Safety not good - Certain floor are easily accessible but outsider example level 18 which can easily access by outsider or public

Was a great trip. Reception very helpful and we get the upgrade room. He was so nice. Only one thing. We are getting bite from mosquitoes but not the big deal. Because other thing are great. 😋
