The bathroom water doesn't drain properly. The toilet smells bad even when it's not in use.

I really enjoyed staying here, I will come back again and what makes me happy is that after staying in hotels so often, this is the first time a hotel provides a bolster and that really benefits me❤️

The hotel's location is as described, in the same building as the WTC Mangga Dua mall, next to the Novotel hotel, and I got free breakfast there. The swimming pool is clean. There are halal and non-halal food and drinks available there. Access is easy on foot and by Transjakarta bus. The receptionist always smiled when I needed help. Note: It would be great if you said separate toilets and bathrooms for smaller people because the distance is very narrow. Other than that, it's very pleasant, thank you 👏

Yesterday was a bit hectic because a lot of people checked in to watch the concert. So, I arrived at 2 and couldn't check in until the 4th set. But overall, it was good. The room was comfortable, the AC was really cold, and the water heater worked. The only thing that wasn't connected to my phone was the TV, so I couldn't use YouTube or Netflix. The breakfast was also delicious and had a lot of variety.

For those who want to stay here, the reception is on the 8th floor, from the lobby take the elevator to the 8th floor.

Got a pretty attractive promo price, maybe there could be more promo rooms.

Room service was very fast and good, with friendly and very polite staff. We forgot to hang the sign when leaving the room in the morning for cleaning, so when we returned at 5:00 PM, the room was still in the same condition as when we left in the morning. But once we reported to room service, it only took a few minutes for our room to be ready and clean again. Satisfied with this service, and also the prayer room had clean prayer robes available, thank you Ibis Style, next time we come here again.

It was a very pleasant 2 nights stay here. The room is comfortable, the location is close to Ancol and if driving with travel from Bandung is also very easy because the location is right next to the lobby. For ibis service 9/10 ✨ but unfortunately for the Pool we had to ask permission to the hotel next door and the welcome from the hotel next door was less than welcoming 🙏🏻 maybe you can re-brief so that the hotel next door is more welcoming to ibis guests for access to the pool because it has been advertised, I'm afraid guests will be hesitant to access the pool 🙏🏻
