Service staff are not good. I do not like the service ^^

The location is good but the beds are not good. The seats are too hard.

Room 210 is not cold, so it is very hot, but hot air comes out.

Water is much lighter, lighter than the pee, not subject.

I booked for 2 nights, but 1 night was enough for me. It was a haunting hotel! The room had awful smell, bad mattress caused my back pain. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone going to Phuket, and I would give it 0 star.

The receptionist does not look like much to welcome guests. Send the key and don't tell you where to go. Must allow guests to walk to find themselves Order a single bed for a double bed.

I stayed for 3 nights. All that nights were nightmares. I didn't have sleep because the guess were so loud, shouting and screaming. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or to my friends and families and will advice anyone planning to visit Phuket to avoid Twin Inn Hotel if you want to have a good stay. The swimming pool is so dirty. The room that I had doesn't have a double lock. Lamp is dirty and the water in the lavatory and rest room are so dirty and the ceiling is damage. There are a lot of stains looks like semen sticks on the wall.

Room is good value. Breakfast is delicious. The overall atmosphere is good.

The hotel is near the orbital location. Not suitable for young children

Good convenience, reasonable price and location.

The old bed is a little sleepy but it's okay.
