We reserved this hotel for 2 nights, the hotel was very clean, and the room as well. Thank you so much to the Chef and all restaurant team. They are so helpful, the food was so delicious 💞. One thing that we really concern, when I booked this hotel I already put for 2 adults and 1 kid (7 years old), in terms and conditions there was information our kid is allowed to stay with existing bed for free. A month before we arrived, I already asked by email for confirmation regarding this condition, and they replied to our email with description that my kid is allowed to stay with us for free. But when we checked in, the front liner staff asked us for an extra additional charge for 2 nights. There was an additional charge as well for the kid's breakfast, it doesn’t matter for us. But for the additional charge for stay, it’s very unpredictable because we confirmed by email already.

An okay hotel if you’re looking for cheaper accommodation option to go to Tokyo Disneyland/sea. If you arrive at Narita, use the airport limosine bus to Shin-Urayasu (bus stop no. 12) cost for 1900 Yen/pax. From Shin-Urayasu station you can walk around 15 minutes to the hotel. We arrived at evening with 1 tandem stroller and 2 big luggages, the weather was nice so the walk was manageable. Hotel has comfortable beds with a rather tight room design, need to squeeze to pack/unpack big luggage. They provide breakfast for additional 1250 Yen/pax. The most convenience is the free shuttle to go to (and return from) Disneyland as it saves your time and money. When you check out, use the last free shuttle in the morning (10.20) to go to the station to save you from walking. We traveled along with 1 toddler and 1 baby...overall, we had a nice stay here!

The place is clean and tidy even though it's a bit far from the train station.

Pro : Free flow drinks from 2PM to midnight. Self service laundromat (use coins) Check out at 12PM Complete amenities. Free iron & board (just take from the rental room. For free.) Spacious enough room & bathroom. Shuttle Bus to & from Maihama Station, Disneyland & DisneySea. Cons: None for me.

Good hotel, there is a shuttle from the direction of Maihama station so there is no need to get out the transport fees anymore.

The room is ok, clean, fully equipped, but the room is very narrow. And far from the station, walking very far, no restaurants near the accommodation at all

Good hotel and also they have a free shuttle bus to disneyland, me and my wife was very satisfied.

Stayed here because I wanted to stay until late at the Disney park, which was a good decision. Good price for two compared to the Disney hotel that accommodates more people. Hotel is a bit far from station and restaurants, but is close to konbini and provides vending machines. shuttle is convenient to go to Disney but you need to be on time because it gets packed. The bus only has 3-4 schedules, so it really is only convenient if you stay here to go to Disney parks.

The location is far from Disney Land although there is a shuttle bus, hard to find food because it is far from everywhere.
