No fue lo que esperaba,se miraba muy diferente en las imágenes,cuando lo rente,quise cancelar y no aceptaron, solo me quedé una noche y perdí lo que pagué por 3 noches

El personal extremadamente amables,solo señalar q la habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad,por todo lo demás muy bien.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite for a romantic couples night for use of the indoor jacuzzi tub. There were pros and cons. The pros; the bed was comfortable and it was a spacious room. The cons; upon arrival we asked the gentleman at the front desk for a later checkout he said no problem we could checkout at noon complimentary we just had to let the front desk know in the morning. They did not allow us to checkout at noon. The door didn't have a manual deadbolt or secure lock. When we filled up the jacuzzi tub and the second we turned on the jets the water turned black and there were chunks of algae and mold in the water. At exactly 10:00 am the housekeeper came banging on the door despite having the do not disturb sign on the door and slung open the door seeing my husband completely in the nude. Will not stay here again.

Beautiful place across from the beach.Overlooking the pool. I love the purple light in the jacuzzi. I really had a good time there.

I saw a roach

This hotel is in a great location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

My stay at the hotel over the weekend was excellent! The room were spotless and very comfortable, and the pool area was well-kept. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also loved that convenient stores, bars, and restaurants were within walking distance, which made everything even easier. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I only stayed for one night, and I did not use any minibar or extra services other than sleeping in the room. I kindly request that the $50 deposit be refunded as soon as possible, and I suggest that all fees and charges be clearly communicated during the booking or check-in process to avoid confusion. All good I loved service was great , the only i dint like is why they have to charge for parking we already paying the stay , is something that I dint like , other them the that was ok , oh 1 more thing my room wasn’t smell fresh but i still rate you 5 because of the costumer service 👍
