The room is big, close to town, the pool is big, there are alpacas, very cute.

I stayed at Mutiara on purpose because I wanted to see Shaun the Sheep in person. The hotel was comfortable and I got a delicious breakfast. I can't wait to go back.

First time staying here. The hotel is old but still worth it. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. The garden is also spacious, there are alpacas and Shaun the Sheep, the kids love it.

Strategic location, cleanliness of the room and bed is okay (the blanket is a bit smelly), the most disappointing thing is that the swimming pool cannot be used because there is cleaning activity while we have to check out in the afternoon, the cleaning of the swimming pool should be done before the holidays.

Best hotel in Brastagi, will be back. 24-hour hot water, fairly spacious rooms, and clean rooms, but the carpet is a bit dirty. They could also provide air freshener.

The staff are very friendly, every morning if you don't have time for breakfast, you will be immediately called and taken to your room. The staff are also very friendly with small children.

Overall, this hotel is good. I like the old-style decoration yet it is quite well maintained. The room is very spacious. So does the hotel open area. Breakfast could be better for the taste but it is adequate. The only issue (and it's quite a big issue) is the room facing the road is super duper noisy. There is no insulation at all and it is a busy road 24x7. Luckily, we could change the room facing the pool for the next day. The difference is night and day. So make sure to book the room facing inside (the pool), otherwise there might be chance that you won't be able to sleep at all.
