A Magical Experience Beyond Expectations Even before our arrival, the hotel was upfront and transparent, letting us know that the air conditioning worked in zones due to a technical issue they were in the process of fixing. We decided to go anyway — the breathtaking views and the charm of the place made it absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, Daniela welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindly upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view and perfect natural breeze — exactly what we needed in case the A/C wasn’t working at full capacity. The rooms themselves are spacious and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Each one includes a fridge stocked with cold drinks, and there’s a snack menu available 24 hours a day — perfect for late-night cravings or a relaxing evening in. The hotel’s design is another highlight: modern and elegant, with a chic, tasteful touch that creates a serene and stylish atmosphere throughout the property. Each day that followed only got better. The quality of service is outstanding, and there’s something truly magical about the people who work here. Shakil makes the most delicious drinks, and Annarita, the owner, is an extraordinary woman — warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive to every guest. She goes above and beyond, always noticing the little details, always ready to help or arrange anything we needed. She is the very definition of five-star hospitality.

The boutique is truly lovely, has amazing views, and a fantastic breakfast buffet. We loved it!!

View out of our window was incredible. The room was perfect. The hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at and the staff was so helpful. There is no restaurant or bar attached so you must drive or walk. Their is a very busy road that isolates this hotel along the front.

We could not find this hotel. Not even with the GPS! It kept taking us somewhere totally different. It was getting late and we were tired so we ended having to find a different location and staying somewhere else. Sounds like a lovely place, but no signs for it and seemed impossible for Mapquest to locate it.

Love the view from the room very clean and spotless great service and staff the restaurant a few blocks from the hotel very good and great prices breakfast with different items

Air Conditioner did not work.

This is such a unique property and it is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and very accomodating in all areas. There are weddings there most nights but it was not an issue for me. I hope to be back!!

We booked this hotel on line expecting a nice property. What we found when we arrived was exceptional the room and service were great the breakfast was perfect. But best of all was the view across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius at night we sat at the window with a glass of wine enjoying the view

Beautiful hotel that obviously is booked for many occasions. For the week that we were there, there was either a wedding or other formal event. Our room faced the entrance and in honesty, even when there were fireworks, it was not that noisy. It appeared to be a hotel for visiting Italian families (which isn't a bad thing), a few staff were confident in speaking English with us (we did try leaning a few basic phrases which they seemed to appreciate). The room was spotless, the TV only had Italian channels, small but clean bathroom and air con. I found the bed to be very hard and if you are fidgety in bed then your partner will feel every movement. Saying that, as the hotel is just of the main road, you can't hear too much of the normal traffic noises, however I did notice lots of emergency vehicles with sirens. Breakfast was included, which was advertised as a buffet, but on our first couple of mornings, it was two (huge) sweet pastries and a plate of sweet biscuits and jams. We both really missed something savoury like cold meats or cheese. The coffee machine gave out perfectly fine coffee, however the juice machine didn't work on the first day and tasted like cordial as opposed to juice. We didn't end up going to breakfast until the last day. On our firsts evening, we stayed in for dinner (we were the only ones) and it was a small menu understandably. We both ordered the fried steak (very grisly) which came with a dressed green salad, ending with a plate of fruit

The hotel itself was quite nice. However, only one employee speaks English and he is rarely around. They try their best but it is very difficult to get anything answered. They double booked our room so we had to change rooms the second day in order to get the balcony we had paid for. The location is EXTREMELY hard to find. We got lost and the GPS sent us into a downtown area with really narrow one way streets with hairpin curves. Use caution and stay on the highways. Breakfast is good but dinner isn't.

5 night stay, car a must as hotel 20 minute walk (down steep hill - and up hill back!) from train station and remote from anything else. Beautiful gardens and views. Main road outside very noisy. Used for local events and weddings so car park can get full. Castellammare is not (yet) a tourist destination. Hotel staff very friendly and despite some communication difficulties were very helpful

This hotel is on a hillside and was hard to get in and out of in a vehicle. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The view from our room was stunning, despite a crane being parked across the street and a building under construction across the way. The food was excellent. The room was small but clean, but the sink leaked. Free wifi but was very spotty and slow. Breakfast variety was good. We were happy for the price.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is beautiful

Love the place, many attractions near by. We rent a car and went around Napoli, Pompeii is just right ther - YOU CANNOT MISS THIS! Is a must to see - Tons of history.

Negatives: the front desk staff who were working when we arrived did not speak English and they seemed unfriendly (perhaps it was just the language barrier although this was not an issue at other places we stayed in the area); the bed was very hard; because the hotel is situated on the main road between Castellammare di Stabia and Sorrento, there was busy traffic all night long and even into the morning and it was hard to sleep due to the noise; there was dust on the bathroom floor and the soap dispensors were empty. Positives: the food from the restaurant was very good and the waiter spoke English and could help translate the menu; the view from the room overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius was breathtaking; upon check-out, the man working at the front desk spoke English and was very friendly

Ho pagato 300 euro x due notti ma invece di vedere il mare dalla mia stanza mi sono ritrovata un giardino in costruzione e un asino …. Il panorama mi ha molto delusa

Hotellet var fint, men vi er blevet enige om at vi ihvertfald ikke kan leve uden pool i den varme. Byen havde ikke meget at byde på, vi fandt dog nogle restauranter langs kysten som var gode, de lå 40 minutters gå gang fra hotellet. Hotellet lå langt væk fra byen og det var bøvlet at gå fra by og til hotel og omvendt, vi var derfor nødsaget til at tage taxa, som var ekstremt over prized (mellem 20-50 euro i 8-15 min) Byen var overhoved ikke turistet, og vi følte os ikke trygge hverken i dags timerne eller om aftenen. Vi fandt kun et “normalt” supermarked i samme kvarter som restauranterne, der var to souvenir butikker i byen. Jeg er glad for at vi ikke havde børn eller forældre med på turen, da der ikke er muligheder for pauser når man går og lange taxa vente tider. Toget var nemt, så længe man holdte godt øje med Google Maps, uden den var vi aldrig kommet frem. Alt i alt giver vi samlet castallamare di stabia 4/10 og hotellet 6/10
