The view is cool..the food choices at the restaurant are minimal, it's a bit noisy because there's construction going on..

Actually, our family was curious because there were many reviews that it was haunted, dirty, etc., but when we were about to check out, we couldn't find any. It was actually comfortable. There were no channels on the TV at all, but personally, our family had the goal of healing and seeking tranquility, so we didn't have a problem with the TV. The kids also had fun swimming (so it felt like a private pool). The food was delicious. It was really suitable for those who were really on vacation seeking tranquility.

The hotel is located in the center of Magelang city. The rooms are large, the view is good. The downside is that the toilet floor is slippery and the toilet glass needs to be replaced, it looks like an old hotel.

When I stayed, the hotel was super quiet, so quiet that they didn't provide a buffet, so the breakfast (fried rice, fried chicken, fried egg, watermelon & papaya) was delivered to the room - because they said it didn't meet the quota for the buffet, even though the food tasted delicious. The room was really spacious, but a bit dirty, like the sheets had stains (maybe they couldn't be removed) but it was very visible so it gave the impression that it wasn't cleaned. Please improve your service ❤️

The staff is very helpful, the first room the hot water was not on, it was immediately replaced by the next room. The next day the hot water was not on again, once we reported it to the staff it was immediately working again. The point is the staff is responsive. Only the cleanliness needs to be improved, there are ants in the corners of the bathroom. Nice view got a room coincidentally with a nice view, worth it for that price to get a comfortable room in my opinion

check in on the sheets and blankets there are still blood stains. bathroom water leaking dirty toilet, after confirming to customer service, handling is slow and waiting again to be cleaned.

The hotel is adjacent to a 5-star hotel, adjacent to Kyain Langgeng Park which may be suitable for those who staycation with family, hot water is not hot enough and have to wait a long time, cleanliness is sufficient although not excellent. Balcony Ok, WiFi coverage is difficult to access, I thought Breakfast was Buffet type Turns out to be Room Dining, with a menu of fried rice with chicken pieces and delicious fried eggs and a plate of cut fruit even though there were two of us and no drinks Even though it was just water. Although given 2 bottles at Check In. The rest is comfortable, Maybe the service is improved and the interior design of the room is upgraded so that it is fresher and more attractive.
