The bathroom was dark and dirty, the water in the sink was extremely dirty, the toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. There was no mat on the bathroom door, the TV screen was broken, and there was no coffee/tea/sugar, even though water, a kettle, and cups were provided. I asked to move rooms, but they said it wasn't allowed according to the rules, but I was given a disappointing room.

It's quite nice to stay here... A magnificent hotel in its time... But now it needs restructuring... Either from the staff or upgrading the facilities... considering that there are already many hotels with modern concepts... Check-in time is a bit long because orders from Traveloka do not go directly to the hotel email... So the reservation is not recorded... The reception desk is also empty... Only assisted by temporary Helper staff... The cleanliness of the hotel area and rooms is still lacking... In the corners of the room area, the room, under the table and even the ceiling of the hotel there are many dusty spider webs plus the animals that are clearly hanging in front of the eyes... Hopefully in the future this will be considered and the hotel will be even better so that it attracts the interest of the next visitors and so on...

I am a guest of my cousin who is staying at the Sahid Kawanua Hotel, Manado and just want to meet and accompany my cousin. I asked the receptionist, they said I could come up to take you to the room, because they were just taking me, but when I wanted to take the lift, I was shouted at by JM Hotel Sahid, that guests couldn't get up, only those who wanted to stay could get up, I complained to JM. because I want to ride with my younger siblings. But instead it was said. Ma'am, we're not ba feto, but it's hotel regulations, not us ba feto pa ma'am (that's what the JM Hotel Sahid said). Finally, because I still wanted to get together with my cousin and my sister, I was forced to book another room so we could go upstairs to gather together and chat with the family. I have also stayed at the Mercure Manado Hotel but there are not enough regulations. make visitors uncomfortable. In my opinion, it was because the hotel was old, so it gave off a horror vibe, I got a room with a hole in the bathroom, there was only one light in the bathroom, and there were spider webs. For sleeping, it's nice, the mattress is soft, overall because maybe it's an old hotel but one that isn't well maintained like this I give 2 stars.

The room doesn't match the promo photos. It seems like the room hasn't been used for a long time, the water is all cloudy/black in color, I flushed all the taps for up to 1 hour and it just looked clear. The water/coffee heater doesn't work. There is no electric plug for the charger. The old floor wasn't mopped so the feet were tracing. Order a room with breakfast but it's not available, once asked just ordered.

Dari lantai kamar, tempat tidur (sprei/bantal/selimut) banyak debu, di sudut-sudut dinding ruangan, lampu-lampu juga kotor atau mungkin karena kamar yang kami tempati itu sudah jarang ditempati ya, sehingga tidak sempat dibersihkan lagi. Sarannya, kalo bisa sebelum tamu menempati kamar yang di pesan, alangkah baiknya di periksa skalian di bersihkan terlebih dahulu, mulai dari kamar tidur sampai kamar mandinya. Terima kasih sebelumnya sudah menerima kami menginap di sini, semoga hotel ini bisa lebih baik lagi.
