Room 600k/night, at first I was planning to book 1 night to see how I could stay but was afraid there would be no room left due to the fireworks finale. So I stayed 2 nights for 1.2 million. But the first night the room was very disgusting, dirty, and dark because the lights were too dim. I went to Hue in the evening to watch fireworks and got stuck in traffic. I came back late and didn't check in until 10-11pm. I walked into a dark room and turned on the lights (one bulb was broken), but it was still dark. The hair dryer is broken, the toilet is dirty. Because I traveled all day, I couldn't complain. At noon the next day, the receptionist changed my room to a better, brighter and cleaner room. Then I was asked by Ms. PV to move my things upstairs. She accidentally told me that I didn't have a room so she let me stay downstairs temporarily. At that time I didn't think anything of it, now I feel strange, I clearly booked and paid but there is no room???? The room is priced high, not a motel 200-300/night, which is strange. There are many other small things that I won't say anymore, overall I give 6/10 and will not book this hotel again if I go to Da Nang.
