I stayed for 4 nights, which you can read the review I left for this hotel, and went elsewhere for 2 nights before returning to stay for another night. The hotel will help to store your luggage if you return to stay again. We enjoyed staying here so much that the other place failed in comparison, and we were so happy to return for our last night here.

- Walking distance to several different train lines, hence easy and quick accessibility to different areas of Tokyo. - Reception staff were friendly and helpful. - Family Mart connected to hotel. - Rooms were newly renovated as per photos in the website. Tasteful design. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel provided 2 pillows for each person. Rooms had essential amenities. - I liked the face care products which you can take for use in front of reception. - Housekeeping cleaned rooms daily and did a great job. - TV didn't have any channels in English, but I could airplay programs from my phone to watch on the TV. :-) - From Narita airport, I took the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno Station (40 min), then took a short (7 min) taxi ride (¥1200) to the hotel. - Overall, a big LIKE for me for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

The place is clean, walkable from train station. There is a family mart connected to hotel lobby and coin laundry on our floor (5th floor) near the elevator. We can put our luggage at the concierge when checking out to be picked-up by luggage delivery service to Narita (you can arrange it online through provider app just a day before the pick up schedule). Everything is so fine.

There's a male front desk staff who is not bad in English, very helpful and heart warming. The stay is good overall, room is clean, Family Mart just downstairs very convenient!

Very clean and well designed room, helpful staff, great location next to legendary soba restaurants … we stayed 5 nights and got a good rest each night! However if you have middle opening luggage, you will have to store it standing up-which is also manageable.

I ordered a twin bed room, clean, spacious enough for a hotel in Japan. The bed is quite good. Toiletries are quite complete, you can take it yourself before taking the elevator. To Akihabara cm 5 minutes walk. Receptionist is friendly and can speak English very well. There are 3 stations that can be reached by walking 5-6 minutes. Places to eat around a lot. Recommended

We were very happy to stay at the MyStays Hotel Ochanomizu (we 6 rent 3 rooms). The hotel is close to 2 JR Station namely: Akihabara JR Station (large station) walks about 15 minutes and Ochanomizu JR Station (small station, there are only stairs, so it is rather troublesome when carrying heavy luggage) walk uphill about 7 minutes. The hotel is next to a minimarket, so if you are hungry you can buy onigiri and other food here. The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and shopping centers around Akihabara JR Station.
