Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is right at the train station and bus stop. You get from hotel and there is a bus stop for ski bus to take you to ski for free. Staff was great . Breakfast was good and dinner fantastic. Great kids play area with lot of toys. Apartment was very spacious. Kitchen had everything you could need. We are looking forward to come again.

Very nice hotel. Clean and Relatively new. Close to a supermarket and a few restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The location is top - you can see the train station though the window, however, you never hear the train leaving or arriving. There is a small supermarket just round the corner as well as eating places (cafeterias, restaurants). We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. It was very clean, spacious, with a kitchenette and all kitchen utensils should we decide to have meals there. The breakfast was rather rich in choice. The coffee was super and the croissants were so delicious (I still remember the taste). The waiters at the restaurant during breakfast time were extremely efficient. The check-in and out were smooth. The parking lot was in front of the hotel.

Quite comfortable room with kitchen. Restaurant breakfast offer is rather poor - you have to come early because later there's a lack of some products and the staff doesn't care. Parking is opened and close to railway station - people walk between cars to get there. Internet Wi-Fi doesn't function in rooms - you may receive a cabel in reception. Generally isn't worth four stars and its price. Sad but true..

The hotel overlooks the train stations, bus stands, taxi stands and town-centre car parks. Our room (520) on the top floor was surprisingly large with large lounge area, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and circulation area. Plenty of furniture, excellent lighting and views over the transport facilities to fantastic forest and mountain scenery. Popular with Slovak families... ...and we were outside holiday times! Breakfast is fine buffet with some eccentricities - they change what they put out each morning; so, despite a wide selection each day, we only had proper fruit juices on 1 of 5 days and the range of hot sausages etc was different each day. Cant fault the overall range though. Dinner in hotel is fine - the cafeteria/dining room has long opening hours. Popular during the afternoon (local tourists popping in on way back from skiing?) but quiet at night. Dinner was ok but not special. We ate surprisingly well at the local excellent restaurants per tripadvisor.

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. Das umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen; innerhalb von 14 Tagen gab es kaum Wiederholungen. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Skibus direkt vor dem Hotel, der Bahnhof zur Tatrabahn ist in 2 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen seit mehr als 20 Jahre zum Wintersport nach Strbske Pleso und kennen auch die anderen Hotels im Ort - das Hotel "Crocus" ist unser Favorit. Gerne kommen wir 2025 wieder.

Schönes familienfreundliches Hotel. Die Spielecke im Speiseraum ist Gold wert. Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Urlaub dort, durften wir erfreut feststellen, dass die Matratzen um einiges angenehmer waren als zum Vorjahr. Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer war nicht zu toppen. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich. Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber, es gab nur wenige Punkte zu beanstanden.

Das Zimmer war gut und auch sauber. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut aber nicht überragend.

Schönes familienfreundliches Hotel. Die Betten waren leider sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr hart. Keine richtige Matratze, nur mit Laken bezogen, kein Schoner. Nach der ersten Nacht schon Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Die Kissen hatten Schweißflecken. Sollten vielleicht mal öfter mit gereinigt werden und nicht nur die Bezüge. Sonst alles Top. Gute Ausstattung und nettes Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Plusy: + dobra lokalizacja - tuż przy stacji kolejki tatrzańskiej, w samym centrum kurortu, a jednocześnie blisko do jeziora i szlaków. + pokoje czyste, personel bardzo miły, bardzo dobre wyżywienie (śniadania i obiadokolacje) + spora garderoba przy sypialni + bardzo dobrze działające WiFi o dobrym zasięgu i prędkości. + pokoje dobrze wyciszone, chociaż przy otwartych oknach mogą przeszkadzać komunikaty głosowe ze stacji kolejki lub gwar turystów w centrum. + dla gości darmowy parking + blisko sklep, cukiernie, restauracje + bankomat przy wejściu do hotelu Minusy: - w sezonie letnim konieczność wykupienia kolacji - w wykupionych kolacjach nie jest wliczony żaden napój, choćby woda - trzeba zamawiać z karty i zostaje doliczone do rachunku za pokój. Trochę to dziwi przy całej jakości i cenie hotelu/pokoju - ściana pomiędzy łazienką a pokojem wykonana z luksfer to kiepski pomysł. Niby nie widać wyraźnie postaci w łazience, ale jest to niekomfortowe - nie ma poczucia prywatności. Kto to wymyślił??!!
