Very tranquil after getting inside the Riad. We really enjoyed the location and the ability to relax at the quiet ground floor pool after a morning of sightseeing. High quality all around.

An absolutely beautiful property with wonderfully courteous staff. When you walk through the doors, it’s hard to believe that you’re in the middle of Marrakech. The place is basically perfect.

An oasis of calm and tranquility in the centre of Marrakesh. Great to be so close to everything but when you get back to the hotel it is relaxing and quiet. Very helpful and attentive staff

Everything was excellent at this hotel. The only downside is its location. It’s close enough to the Medina but the street it’s on is anything but luxury. On the other hand, I don’t think there’s much choice. Either one is far away from the Medina, on some decent street. Or if one wants to be within walking distance of the Medina, locations like this is pretty much par for the course. Overall, I still think the hotel deserves a solid five stars for everything else that it does so well.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service (which we had expected in a R&C) well located close to the Medina, nonetheless quiet.

Beautiful property to stay for few days . Only drawback is that they provide Iron in rooms - so you have to request concierge for getting your clothes pressed (no charge though) . Otherwise the staff and people were very friendly and helpful.

Villa des Orangers is an original Riad, well preserved and beautifully decorated. It is an oasis of calm in a very busy city. It is so quiet on the hotel grounds and all you hear are the sounds of birds. The food is delicious and the gluten free bread is the best I have ever tasted. The staff is amazing. They remember what you like to eat or drink and will bring it to you without you asking. They are genuinely interested in your well being and as a single Traveler, I felt very well cared for. They arranged my driver, Ayoub, who was well educated and spoke both French and English. He took me to great Shops which had interesting things. I had a great trip and am so happy I chose to stay at Villa des Orangers.

An oasis from the heat and bustle but an easy walk to all the main sights. Staff are courteous, professional and always on hand when needed. Interiors are superb. Room was excellent and inclusive daily laundry service is a nice touch. We did not dine in but breakfast service could be uneven. Strictly speaking there are the described 3pools but only one is available to all as the others are on private terraces. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They organised a fabulous trip to the Atlas Mountains and as we’re changing hotels took a taxi to the next hotel with our luggage. The bar area was very relaxing and room 9 with access to the private terrace and access to the rooftop pool was a lovely surprise. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The BEST Hotel I've ever stayed with IN MY LIFE. I keep looking back at photos and would return to Marrakech just for this hotel. We had a different hotel reservation for the end of our trip and cancelled it so we could come back here. Walking through the front gate you're transported from the noisy streets of Marrakech to a soft, luxurious oasis. The scent of fresh orange blossoms and sandalwood greets you along with the smiling faces of the staff. For check in, we were escorted to the front courtyard where we were brought warm hand towels and freshly pressed orange juice. The property is surprisingly large- with several uniquely decorated courtyards and rooms that are a delightful little maze to wander through and enjoy. Our room was nothing but superb- comfortable bed linens, coffee machine and complimentary tea, wine and waters, a lounge area in front of our personal fire place, and a MASSIVE bathroom with slippers and robes. I cannot convey enough how impressive and luxurious the experience was- I have VERY high standards and this way beyond. Did I mention THE SPA- we treated ourselves before our flight to a two hour The Villa treatment including traditional hammam and 1hour massage. The Hammam is a glorious marble steam room and you feel like a queen from an ancient civilization being pampered and refreshed in a private setting. I have an obsession with this hotel and cannot recommend it enough!

This is a Riyadh, not a traditional hotel. What that means is it’s more like an a state house in the confines of the city. It has a beautiful swimming pool and excellent food service for breakfast. It’s meticulously, cleaned and serviced very well. From the roadway, you would never notice the doorway between two motorcycle repair shops. That put us off a bit, but once inside, it is is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and we slept well on a king bed, with climate control, so that was good We walked into the Medina day and night from the hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan, old-school Estate type hotel. This is a good choice.
