Cleanliness was good. Room was not ready. room received had loud Hotel equipment noises all night. reception person was very good. TV Not working service person could not fix,. Had no tv the entire time of stay

Very clean and friendly people

the room was quiet and clean, however the pool was not available for the whole stay. Also, there was no breakfast for Sunday. I realize things happen but a discount would have been nice.

Pool wasn't open, which was a disappointment, but everything else was great, and I understood! The staff were so helpful and it was five minutes from my conference. Would stay there again.

Staff was friendly. But, property is a little dated & needs some TLC in the rooms. Stained ceilings & wallpaper peeling off, discolored, etc. Pool was closed for maintenance. Would be nice to post that to people ahead of time. Breakfast was decent. I usually stay at Fairfield Inn when I travel. They've always been great. This location wasn't terrible but definitely needs some better upkeep & TLC.

Close to the airport

From check in to check out - everything was fantastic! We arrived exhausted and were welcomed as if we were their best friends - which set the tone for the evening! The hotel was very clean, as was our room and NONE of the doors squeaked! ❤️

The staff was amazing

Staff were friendly and quickly addressed a concern we had.

The room wasn’t cleaned fully from previous guests, no towels, open soaps on the bathroom sink and it was dirty, old food in the fridge. We went to the front desk and they did not seem to care.

Picked this location because it was close to where we were and because it had a pool. But unfortunately kids left unhappy because pool was closed wich sucked . Wish it said that the pool was closed on the sight before making reservations

Computer problems checking in and the desk clerk was amazing. She remained calm and smiling in the face of all of the problems!

Our experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Wilmington New Castle was great! We highly recommend this hotel due to its great accommodations and most importantly for the amazing hospitality we experienced from the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk and housekeeping was helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Huge thank you to Maurkyna, the front desk manager who helped my husband and I try to find his lost wallet while we switched rooms. She went above and beyond trying to help locate this wallet and we will forever be grateful for all her care and time spent.
