Excellent value in a convenient location for business trips to Rutland. Simple, self serve breakfast included. One of the older Travelodge properties now under new ownership - it's all fine and does the job.

nothing, bed was terrible

Room is clean, spacious, smelt fresh. Bathroom could do with a upgrade was still a adequate. Water pressure wasn't great. No where for eateries near the hotel. Only have petrol stations which are expensive.

Great value, the free breakfast is simple but adequate. I really like the large rooms

Nice play to just get your head down for the night. No frills breakfast continental ok. Value for money!

WiFi good enough to do Teams meeting

Great zeds.

Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed although not keen on the pillows. Clean. Tv has no remote control which was delivered when I told them the following day. A couple of critiques would be better qualify coffee making facilities in the room. And please better quality bread to toast at breakfast. Ive stayed here over many years on the week of the KC agilty festival and for those competing its a good motel if you have dogs. Staff always helpful.

Looks like it was once a Travelodge so good basic facilities which have been kept clean and it includes a continental style breakfast.

Great budget hotel. Staff very helpful when we asked to change to a ground floor room. Room was spacious and clean. Bed comfy. Bathroom clean

It was good, no complaints and no frills.

Nice view from window in morning handy stopover on main road. Clean enough but hot stay as no air con but better second night as had a fan. Breakfast basic but does the job parking easy garage opposite expensive so steer clear to break journey up ideal at good price

Jolly good stay, excellent toast for breakfast

I like it here, always nipping clean - I’ve stayed several times and will again. Nice sized rooms. TV& WIFI are good enough. The breakfast is just right, if you just want a quick efficient launch for your day

We are happy and enjoy to stay in this hotel. one thing that should be noticed about the odour of the corridor. It should be sprayed with (put the plug of) air freshener to make it fresh along the corridor. We paid with the very good price compare the similar hotel near the area where we stayed.

Nice and clean, great shower very reasonable price

Everything was fine. The bathroom could do with modernising but overall very good value for money

Staff very helpful, however, the property seems to be used by people with housing issues. Will not be returning.
