Small room, because I was with my child and husband, I asked for an upgrade but it was full. Then I was moved to another A25 hotel, and wow I got a big room by adding money. Nice room

Noisy, the hallways are very noisy at 2 or 3 a.m., waiting for 40 minutes in the morning and still no breakfast, bad experience on the weekend

Very small room (if you want to open the suitcase, you have to carry it on the bed, then fold it neatly to have a place to lie), it has no windows so it's very secret. Locations near Ben Thanh market, Tao Dan flower garden, Independence Palace ... are all within walking distance. If you go to experience a lot and just need to sleep overnight like me, it's acceptable. The way from a few houses is a row of coconut milk tofu with a fat cake at the intersection of Truong Dinh - Le Thanh Ton. It is sold in the evening and should be eaten.

the cleaner was very rude. its their job to clean up the room. but they scold me because I leave the plastic bags that I don't want in the room. they didn't come and clean the room daily. the room is too small and difficult to pun baggage and to walk 🙄. on the 1st day i've been asked to move to the opposite hotel because they said they did a mistake and the room has been booked by others. what the hell are they doing? its difficult for me to pack and unpack the bags. but I refuse to go. I will never come to this hotel again. very very bad hotel

Have to improve regarding customer PR which more friendly & keep smile during communicate with customers. Anyway, enjoy the stayed with reasonable prices.
