Easy peasy after doing the online checkin that was only sent to us in Spanish and we had to use google translate so the was the only hassle.

The room was small but had all the basics needed and was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a shared bathroom which was nice and kept clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the corridors very loudly, as well as pipes/the elevator, which is quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper. The shower was also very cold every time I used it. During my stay the lock on my door broke, which is no bodies fault, these things happen, however it too far too long for somebody to come and fix my door. I was left in the waiting room for three hours during night time waiting for someone to fix my door so I could enter my room. There was also a lack of communication with me, the didn’t tell me how long it was roughly going to take or keep me updated on the situation. When the man came to fix my door they hadn’t told him that I was in the waiting room, so he went to fix my door and I didn’t even know until I called asking for an update. This was unacceptable and very stressful. I have to say that the maintenance man was very kind though.

Had my family visit from out of the country and this place was perfect for a short term stay. Clean room and nice private restroom. Constructing along the Main Street but the noises didn’t come through the room. Included soap in the restroom and in the shower. Check in process was easy with keys directly on the phone via link on text. Overall great experience!

It was stressful to check in.

I liked that were close literally on everything which made it easier for us to go everywhere. We had a balcony and near a supermarket(small shop) thats next to the hotel but i wish a small kettle wouldn’t hurt to add on. The things i didn’t enjoy about our hotel was, it said it included the breakfast but there wasn’t any and the whole thing was so confusing because of the lack of information and there was nobody there to help us with everything. PLUS the extra fees we paid for when he got there which we though it was unnecessary.

No or extremely slow wifi, only 1 power socket in room. No proper windows/sun light.

I was very unhappy with reception and reservation organization. I arrived at the hotel/hostel in the late evening and was unable to enter. No one from the hotel contacted me upon booking with special instructions or a reservation #. I am currently requesting a refund. Even locating my room the second night was rough because I was not given a room # and had to locate it myself.

I didn't like the check-in method. They lioterally removed human being and replaced it with a machine that doesn't work.

Very good location - its a one minute walk from from Gracia Metro station. There are cafes just over the road on the way to the metro where it's nice to have Breakfast, also a little supermarket, some cute shops and an ice cream parlor. Lots of bars in the Gracia area and restaurants too. The hostel was absolutley fine, no complaints as such. However - the check in tim is 1PM. We arrived at 2.30PM and our room wasn't actually ready as it was still being cleaned, we waited for about 15 minutes. This would have been very annoying if we had actually turned up at 1PM, with nowhere to leave our stuff. Also, the reception desk isn't manned throughout the day, even when we checked in at 2.30PM there was no one to help us in. I had to call the number on the door and speak to a man (who knows english luckily) and he gave us a code for the door to open it. The last four digits of your reservation number should be the door code but we booked on expedia so we didn't have that type of code. This wasn't too much of an issue as we checked in ok using the machine. The bathroom is small and beware, the shower curtain needs to be folded under so it doesn't flood the bathroom. It includes a bottle of shower gel/shampoo, so bring toiletries. Keep an eye out when you first arrive at this hostel, we we walked around for 5 minutes unable to find it, it has no sign sticking out and it just a normal door with a cage thing over it and a sign above. But it is where google maps says it is!!

While the hostel was clean, it was very small and the subway was far to walk to. Staff was never really around for recommendations on the area. The experience overall was okay but would not stay here again.

We stayed as a couple and were attending a festival during our stay. I don't think we saw one member of staff throughout our stay, but they were efficient in their communication through email if we needed to know anything. Our room was spacious, offered us everything that we needed and the location was great! The only downfall we had was not having access to an iron! Other than that, no complaints!

Great experience at Dingdong. The hostel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location to get to all the main shopping areas and attractions in the city. Close to metro and buses available are a plenty.

FREEZING. I have been talk to reception with two times and they said ''ok, we will increase the room heat'' and nothing is changed! Other day ı want two additional blankets and i slept with FOUR blanket. They have a small air ventitation in room. It is not enough. Do not come here if you live in Alaska. Other things are good for this price.

チェックイン時と言うよりも建物に入る時が複雑。 まず全てのインストラクションがスペイン語になっているのでわかりづらい。建物の外見が普通のビルなのでよく若ならなかった。入館時にまず暗証番号を入力してカギを開けるのだが、その暗証番号がメールで送られて来たけどその説明がスペイン語で最初はよく解らなかった。 館内にはレセプションは無く受付用のタブレットが置かれていた。そこは英語案内もあり必要なことを入力しクレジットカード決済を済ませ部屋番号が示される。 それでも入室できるのは午後3時から。中には私と同じ境遇のフランス人が2人いた。 ただこの複雑な手続きが済むとあとは問題なし。 地下鉄の駅からも近く空港からは公共交通機関を乗り継いでスムースに行ける。

シャワーからお湯が出ない。受付は無くスタッフさんはいないため、対応シテもらえませんでした。

Nel complesso la struttura è sufficiente, la stanza non è piccolissima ed è abbastanza pulita ma l’aria condizionata è completamente inesistente, ho anche contattato il servizio clienti per richiedere un intervento sull’impianto ed è stato mandato un tecnico ma comunque il problema non è stato risolto quindi non è consigliabile andare in estate
