I was not super impressed with this location. The rooms were okay. I got a room on the top floor. Room 121. I paid more than I wanted to and this place does not have a pool or hot tub. I wished I got the other hotel. They did offer a grab and go breakfast.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Reserved a room at pet friendly hotel through hotels.com. When I got to the hotel the front desk person was rude and refused me the 2 rooms I had reserved because she said that she had no pet rooms left.

What I liked best was that Expedia messed up my reservation and the hotel fixed it with a great attitude. You can't beat that kind of customer service with a hotel.

Terrible service and bad integration with expedia's website. When searching for a pet friendly place, this hotel pops up but doesn't include and details beyond "pet friendly". So after driving for 9 hours and arriving at 2:30am, I call the service desk to make sure we can still check in and the lady there was very rude. After arriving, she was rude and ripped up all the papers and receipts for my check in after discovering the dog we had was more than 20lbs. I wouldn't have booked this place if I had known that was the condition of being pet friendly but again, when initially booking it wasn't shown anywhere.

Please to point out where in the booking site there is reference to up or downstairs. I cannot find it. If there is, a more obvious note should be displayed. A written request for downstairs and follow up call to confirm still resulted in additional cost. After a 500 mile day we chose to pay. Front desk asked if we were unhappy about that. Hoping it was a rhetorical question our answer got our reservation cancelled and we were asked to leave the premises. Please to note they cancelled my reservation, not me. Still waiting for a refund. Contacting credit card company soon to dispute the charges.

This property is run down. Disappointing especially for Red Lion trademark property. Although clean, the rooms paint was peeling and towels were frayed and tired. The room was not heated for arrival, so walked in to a 50 degree temperature. The breakfast offered was some granola bars from Costco and Little Debbie muffins. The lobby is tired and not welcoming. The property was listed as pet friendly, yet on Expedia there was no way to indicate the pet and what the pet fee was. Upon arrival we were informed our Expedia price could not be honored and the pet fee was $100 and nonrefundable. We ended up paying over $275 for one night at this VERY subpar property.

I booked a queen suite and I think I was put into a whatever? I had no balcony like it said it would online. I wasn’t even given a price for the room like I was told I would by the facility personnel. He said the manager had to go online to figure it out once she got home. I stayed up as long as possible to get that info and was told I would receive a call to my room, also didn’t happen. When I went to the office I was told that because I booked it online I couldn’t get a final price from Red Lion. The walls are super thin and the ceiling sounded like the occupants above were about to fall through the floor. The road noise is horrible and I could hear multiple tv’s going most all night. If you want sleep I do not recommend. I work for a very large local corporation and will not recommend anyone stay there. Also the continental breakfast I would rate below a 1 if possible. I will say the room was clean, so hats off to the maid service. My final rating would be 0 of 5
