Great property. Rooms are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. I will say that the air conditioner in my room was not working. The maintenance man arrived promptly and reset it. However after a while it was obvious that it still wasn't working properly. I informed Valentina at the front desk and she immediately upgraded my room and even had a bellhop come and move all of our luggage. Valentina also gave us a later checkout due to the inconvenience. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

We arrived about 6:00 pm to check in and our room was not ready. Front desk did offer us $25 voucher to be used at the hotel restaurant. The room was ready within 45 minutes, but that delay was disappointing. The bed was comfortable. I like all the things offered in the room, like qtips, shower cap, and food and beverage, although those items were only available for an additional cost and were extremely overpriced. A small bottle of Tito’s vodka was over $100. A small palm size container of cashews was $15. I liked the goose/feather pillows but they all were quite firm. The room was large which was nice, but the outside noise was SO LOUD. All morning, starting before 6am, we could hear trucks, trash trucks, and backup beeping sounds for a long period of time. Our room looked out to another building with a narrow alleyway between the two buildings. Sounded like trucks were taking that alleyway in reverse. We ended up not being able to sleep through the noise and left by 8am. I like the hotel overall but it’s looking quite dated and is not run as smoothly as it used to be. I dont know that We’ll be coming back when visiting CLE.

We stayed for an extended time so requested room cleaning once, they didn't empty the full garbages, did not provide wash cloths or hand towels, only 2 bath towels and tried to charge us for use of the mini bar, which was untouched.

My room was very dusty and the table in the room sliced my leg. I was bleeding and went to the front desk but the first aid kit only had bandaids nothing for disinfecting. So I walked to cvs with blooding running down my leg to fix it.

This place isn't bad, but the price made me think it should be better. The worst experience was how poorly the sheets fit the bed.

Staff seemed nice and willing to help, until it came down to their valet service. The hotel refuses to associate themselves although it’s a service the hotel forces you to use, you can’t pay to park on your own. When we arrived and let them know of our immediate issue, instead of making it right with valet. The problem was brushed off - we were told to have fun, enjoy our stay, and they will send champagne to our room. We were running late, so we went to the room and thought that’s nice. But champagne never arrived. Room was nice, we had the largest room with city view. There aren’t food options, if you’re hungry and it’s later, plan to door dash and wait hours. Next morning valet lost our car. We waited nearly 2 hours!! We weren’t the only one. Wow… oh but they didn’t charge us for parking. Ha! Again, hotel not associating themselves with the valet. So while the valet are walking all over Cleveland looking for cars they don’t remember where they parked. With people waiting all over the lobby for their cars… the hotel can’t do anything for you, sorry! Yikes. Won’t stay here again. Too disorganized. Too expensive, not worth the money.

One Staff was not very friendly when I tried to stake up a conversation, like don' want to talk to me during check in. The Valet parking personnel were great. Last the room was not serviced or cleaned on a daily basis during my stay. When I called the front desk, all I got is excuses on lack of staffing, etc. :NOT MY PROBLEM !!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STAFF FULLY !!. Considering the property supposed to be a luxury property, I expected better experience and at the very least the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the staffs to smile. Considering a one night stay can be priced at more than a $1000. It felt more like staying at Day's Inn. Although I am a member of Marriott, this is no way to earn loyalty.

We appreciated the overall ambiance and feel of the room. Additionally, our dining experience at Centro was very enjoyable; the waiter was attentive, and we had a pleasant meal. However, we were a bit disappointed that the special birthday dessert for my husband's 50th never arrived. We opted to leave for our show rather than bring it up at that point. Regarding the room amenities, we found that there was no soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers, and only one rough bar of soap was provided. On a positive note, the hotel's security measures were well-handled. On the other hand, the check-in and check-out process with the valet service was quite slow and disorganized. As locals, we planned this as a special night out for my husband's birthday. While the experience was just okay, the hotel's location was convenient for walking to the casino, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, and various restaurants.

Ran into several issues on our visit. The staff was helpful where they could be. But, we had to switch rooms as ours was not clean and our air conditioning went down 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

We had a nice experience until 5:30am. My husband and I took a short staycation for our 10 year anniversary, so we were looking forward to a night away without the kids, and a good nights sleep. We were awoken at 5:30am by beeping construction trucks that never stopped. I mean they were right outside our window. It was horrible. After we finally decided to just get up, we went to make coffee, and there’s no coffee pods in the room, so we called down to ask for coffee to be brought up, and after an hour of waiting, my husband had to go down and find coffee on his own. A VERY disappointing stay. I have no doubt they know these particular rooms are affected by the current construction, and they should either be discounted, or at the very least we should have been warned. Won’t be staying there again.

Staff was helpful and friendly especially the bartenders. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning. Always glasses in the hallways on our floor and some were there for more than one day. Good location to access the downtown area
