Habitaciones limpias, staff muy amable. Alimenos regular. Necesitan un sitio de taxi cercano, es muy complicado conseguir transporte desde/hacia al hotel.

Parking is paid by you. But low cost. $10.00 us max 12hrs or park on street near hospital nextdoor.

Hotel was excellent! This is the second time I have stayed here since it is so close to the airport. You can stay here and shop at the shopping center in the parking lot. Hotel was easy to find, parking was easy, very clean, and friendly staff. I will be staying here for every one of my trips to Veracruz. Definitely recommend!

When this hotel was new, it was very impressive and pleasing. Now it was not a pleasant stay.

Lobby has no air conditioning, had to wait a while in hot lobby to get service, nobody was there. Overall not a good experience. The only thing is the airport is close by

Towels missing. You also need to ask for iron in the reception and it was damaged.

The Hotel is well located, but not qualified for long stays. Towels in the room weren't supplied properly and were ragged. Iron with missing parts and leaking water. There are not much options to eat near the hotel. Internet access is terrible: slow and intermitent, not an option to work and also lacks a business center or area to work properly.
