I’ve been to many hotels in many different states and countries and I can honestly say my stay here was one of my best experiences! Wonderfully Welcoming Staff in every aspect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable beds. Carpets etc are pretty worn and outdated and tight bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Fine place to stay for a night or two.

Dated decor, but clean and cozy.

Beds were too high, needed step stool to get on them.

Dinner at the restaurant on site was excellent. Breakfast definitely was not :-(

It's fine. I like the St Lawrence University focus, they own it. And the gym is nice. More inviting common areas to hangout - both inside and outside would be welcome. Rooms pretty basic, the bathroom is small. Overall, it seems a bit pricey for what it is.

Spacious, clean, quiet and close to campus.

A- place is like a maze B- dining hall- had breakfast ordered French toast covered in fruit- I got one strawbetty and five emaciated blueberries C- parking lot is dangerous- cars, golfers and golf carts everywhere D- some guy guy in the hot tub vapung - really? E- doors to the deck overlooking pool need fixing F- pub- depressing place with less than happy employees. And No AC - are you serious? Overall- not impressed - could have given two stars

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Easy check-in. Clean. Nice staff. Great location (Dunkin, Burger King and McDonald’s right across the street). Pool is open from 6 am to 10 pm. Water is perfect temp and the hot tub was relaxing. Golf course right on the property. Highly recommended!

Clean. Nice Pool/Hot Tub. Queen Room with One bed is on the small side.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower could have had more water pressure. But other than, our stay was overall good. Only ten minutes from Clarkson University.

Old, out dated, smelly room and halls. Flat lumpy pillows. Reviews lie.

My husband is temporarily in a wheelchair and staff was very helpful in making sure everything was accessible. Also breakfast was real, and delicious: we were given vouchers to pay for it.
