Great location

Todo muy limpio, no es muy céntrico pero tiene en frente la parada del metro lo cual lo hace accesible, tiene un supermercado a lado con precios accesibles, excelente comunicación con la persona encargada, nos encantó hospedarnos aquí.

The location was excellent, above a bustling lane of restaurants right in the centre of Madrid and very close to everything, just around the corner from the Puerta del Sol. The associated restaurant downstairs (which provided breakfast) was great. The apartment itself was comfortable enough, though a little tired and probably due for an update. It lacked a few basic things like reading lamps, plugs for sinks, coffee maker or cafetière, and perhaps a few laundry pods could have been supplied.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly! Room was just perfect for what I needed.

Overall was adequate, but very mediocre especially for the price (which seemed very high). Check-in process was ok - even though in another building. Staff was friendly. The room was disappointing for sure - it was quite worn looking and there were gashes/gouges and/or water damage/cracking in many of the walls. Unloike other places we stayed in Spain, the unit wasnt stocked with anything (not even water or coffee), the wi-fi was extremely slow for the first few hours and then stopped working all together for the rest of the 2 night stay. There was some construction/remodeling going on in the building, so you had to walk through what felt like a construction site. The two main positives for this unit is had a very good central location and the complimentary breakfast (at restaurant next door) was very nice.

Great location.

The property was right done the street from the main plaza and directly above a great nightlife environment. We would just lay down at the end of a busy day and open the window and just listen to the sounds of people as we relaxed and fell asleep. The metro was really easy to get to and the staff was attentive and the building was clean and felt safe. Would go back for sure.

Positives. Location is fantastic, in the middle of everything and close to metro but off the Main Street and quiet enough. Staff working us very helpful and friendly. Negatives. Apartment is small and dated, furniture beat up. Frying pan all scraped and unsafe to use. I boiled water for my tea in 6-7 liter pot as there was none smaller. Dryer is ancient. Bathroom has very little counter space.

Para comenzar debo aclarar que la dirección que aparece en Expedia no es la dirección correcta en la cual se va ha hospedar . Después de viajar 10 horas y dirigirme a esta dirección mi familia y yo tuvimos que caminar con maletas 20 minutos por el centro de Madrid hasta llegar a la dirección correcta la cual no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que muestran en Expedia . Tuve problemas con la calefacción y traté de contactarlos usando la aplicación y no hubo respuesta . El motivo por el cual decidí rentar este apartamento es porque viajaba con familia y niños y quería poder lavar la loza , poder tener una cocina etc el apartamento NO está Preparado para eso hubiera sido una mejor elección un hotel , el precio fue excesivo y el apartamento no tenía las condiciones para el precio que pagamos . No volvería a rentar una experiencia horrible !

While the apartment was okay, there was no tea making facility with no jug and no coffee or tea bag’s. The room was small. It was quite noisy until late every night however there are some that might be okay with that. The reception were not particularly friendly. It was convenient to shops and food with a lot of nightly activity in the plaza. The lift did not do to all floors

Overpriced for what it is. Our room looked nothing like the picture. Kitchen was basically in a closet and the bathroom was so dark even with the light on. Breakfast included at the restaurant downstairs was just ok. A/C was strong. Good location - a few mins from Puerta de Sol. The hotel is inconvenient in that there is only a tiny elevator on the 2nd floor so you need to carry your luggages up there first and then only 1 person 1 luggage fit in the elevator at a time. Also, the lights in the stairwell frequently shut off and the steps are uneven and dangerous. I did not appreciate that when I paid with my credit card, the machine gives you the option to be charged in Euros or CAD. The reception forced me to choose CAD which includes an up charge in the conversion rate. It ended up costing me an extra $50 which was irritating. Would not recommend.

Great location ! Close to everything in Petra del Sol! Lots of great restaurants. The only downside is noise at night , some nights it is getting difficult to sleep . Rather than that the room conditions, cleanliness and AC we’re all working great. WiFi also sometimes didn’t work well. It is not a high end hotel However the location and other mentioned points above will cover it.
