Modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.

This hotel was one of the most welcoming hotels i have stayed in around the world. All staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. They offer a nightly complementary happy hour which as a solo traveller allows an easy introduction to others. The pool is a little small and was always quite occupied when i was on the roof, but a great location to sit and read a book (whilst enjoying a cocktail). Only downside would be the lack of a restaurant for food, but there are some great locations nearby. Totally walkable location to the beach and la rambla. They offer great wifi and tvs that allow you to connect your netflix or other streaming service if you just want a few hours to yourself. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our time in Barcelona thanks to them all!

We had a beautiful stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need. We stayed in a double with balcony, which was lovely. My room was on the 8th floor, with stunning views. The rooftop terrace was even better!

Hotel is lovely to look at and the rooms are tasteful although VERY small. The rooftop is exceptionally lovely. I was extremely disappointed to find that there was neither a fridge nor a kettle in spite of paying £180 for 1 night. The next size room has both for just a small amount more. Staff seemed unable to lend me a kettle from another unoccupied room for the one night of my stay. I had trouble getting wifi and called reception at 9pm for over 15 minutes and eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem as the phone remained unanswered. They made almost no effort at all to get me onto the wifi so I was left without until at 2am it connected itself again. I asked if maybe as compensation I could take breakfast but they refused, even though the manager was clearly interested in the issues I had had - to improve maybe for other people - but clearly they didn't feel I needed any customer service. On departure they tried to charge me for a drink at the bar which I did not have. The member of staff looked at me as though he didn't believe me until he saw the signature was clearly not mine.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were simple but we're practical. The only thing that was disappointing is that we left a bottle of wine for another guest we met whilst staying there and specifically asked the reception to give it to them as we were checking out early but they didn't give it to them even though we requested it.

My favorite hotel in all of Europe. Although it was booked full, I was still able to check-in two hours early. I waited for my room comfortably on the roof at the pool after leaving my luggage with the staff. The hotel offers complimentary unlimited purified water. You also have access to free alcohol daily during their happy hour (with snacks). The window in the room didn’t open but the A/C works flawlessly so the heat wasn’t an issue. The location is right by a metro stop so navigating the city was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and I could screenplay video from my phone on the TV so I caught up on shows from home before bed. I slept so good I didn’t even go to the breakfast buffet tbh I woke up after 11 daily. Right around the corner from grocery stores and restaurants. Uber Eats delivered easily as well. I wish I stayed here longer tbh. You can tell this is a VIP Access Hotel for hotels.com; the Quality is evident.

Wonderful hotel, small room as expected but set up is great. AC is cold & walk in shower is a good size. Amenities are top notch from wine hour to plenty of guidance from the team at check in & throughout the stay. Refillable water available for your room in a glass jug or bring your own container is so convenient. Walkable to most attractions & help booking tours or restaurants is easily available. Breakfast in the sister hotel is delicious with lots of variety, eggs & avocado toast to order, cold cuts, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, but no American traditional items like bacon, pancakes, etc. Will return!

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona. Close to 2 metro stations and walkable to Barrí Gotic and other sights. The hotel is clean, helpful English speaking staff, and good amenities including a gym, rooftop pool and lounge areas. The hotel has thought of customer needs including access to drinking water via refillable bottles, coffee/tea in room. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby in 15-20 minute walking distance. Loved the quirky signs around the hotel.
