Ojalá las camas fueran más suaves

The carpets are worn out. There was a funny smell coming out of the pipes. The room don't have a basic coffee maker so there is no way you can have a cup of tea or coffee in your room. Nowadays with a coffee maker costing $20 or less says a lot of how the managers think about customer service

The breakfast was excellent!

The Valet was helpful and friendly, checking in was fast and easy, I booked this hotel solely on the location and the rooftop view, however they close it at 9 at least during the week so we couldn’t enjoy it, breakfast opens at 7 and our flight was at 10 so couldn’t enjoy that either, rooms are good for a single or a couple, it was a bit tight for the 4 of us , since our kids are older, little privacy with shower and the toilet room could be challenging for a big boned person, light is automatic so be quick or you be reading in the dark , pocket doors could have been helpful here, parking garage is designed for compact cars , out mid size suv couldn’t turn fully and the hatch hit the ceiling when opening it, so keep that in mind Otherwise the place was clean and everything worked .

Está muy lindo, sin embargo, el estacionamiento está pesimo, es muy pequeño. No le dan mantenimiento a muchas cosas. La piscina nada del otro mundo. El desayuno es demasiado caro.

I didn't like the smell. I think the carpet needs to be clean and let it dry. The room and hallways smell like moist.

You can walk downtown without any issues, location was great for us because we did not have to drive at all

Overall great for the price Shower water pressure could have been better but other than that good value for money
