The hotel is nice but I was disappointed that the staff had absolutely no tourist information available even though they had previously sent a welcome email saying that if I needed anything just let them know. Also, I prefer a hotel with a nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel has redone its interior in a beautifully redecorated look. A great job and staff is very accommodating.

Traffic was terrible. No parking spot outside hotel to drop off for valet to takeover vehicle.

The hotel was gorgeous and centrally located to venues. The only issue we had was they gave us a single bed room, when we paid for 2 beds. They fixed the issue immediately. We also didn’t have a remote to work the tv and they couldn’t find a spare so we weren’t able to watch the tv during our stay. Otherwise it was great.

The final bill was much higher than anticipated. Didn’t have a great customer experience when we inquired about the details.

Had delightful stay staff was all very courteous and helpful. The doorman Frank is a treasure.

Get spot to stay when seeing a Tigers game, only 5 min walk. Classy hotel with everything you’ll need.

Greqt location right on the PeopleMover, walk to ecerything downtown, and excellent staff. Try the hot chicken sandwich in Pressleys Kitchen. Very cool place

Exceptionally beautiful property, very well maintained in the heart of Detroit. No attention to detail was spared on the design, etc. Rooms are large as well as the bathroom. Amazing staff and valet! I highly recommend.

This was an amazing early 1900th century building recently renovated to create a gorgeously hotel with lots of space and character. The staff at the door were also lovely and joyful. Apart from the Receptionist who check us in we had a perfect stay. He must have had a bad day LOL

What a beautiful, historic hotel! It is also close to shopping, lots of restaurants and sights. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Detroit Opera. I plan to stay here the next time I come to Detroit.

Perfect location for walking to Detroit events like Comerica and ford field. Convenient dining and shopping. Beautiful hotel!
