The front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient. They informed us of the taxi service they provided and the grab and go food.

My reservation got cancelled without notice by the thitd party i got an email5am very upseting and inconvenience for us after a few messages finaly got it rei srated Food was ok beds were ok

Some touch ups/ clean ups required in and outside rhe rooms...water damage to paint in room, outer duvet had some stains. Otherwise the place was clean and room was spacious, front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast menu and food was good

I was great full for the park and fly option. The room was a disability room which I did not request. The ironing board did not stand up . Also the previously noted surprise behind the ironing board made me question how clean the room was.

The breakfast that is what I like. The swimming pool is so smelly when you just pass by you can smell it.

In general our stay was good. The only thing I will suggest is to deep clean the carpet in the rooms as they are very dirty.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The overall feel of the hotel is a bit outdated. Parking lot and entry areas need a bit of attention.

We booked there as they offered ariport shuttles, but once we got there found out it does not run until 9am and we flew at 6am. So they booked a cab for us which was good but was an out of pocket expense.

Toilet seat loose. Entry door sticking.

Hotel stay was great. Only things that I would change is all the enterances are Not wheelchair accessible. And we where there for 2 nights. Wish there was more variety at breakfast buffet

Found a bug in the washroom. That is terrible. Also noisy during the night.

Staff was so kind and friendly, stayed here a night to catch a flight and parked my car here for the week. Parking for a week costs $30 and is only 5mins away from the airport super convenient
