My room was dirty had to ask the staff to change my curtains and clean the walls. My shower flooded and I had a restroom leak every time I use the AC

Clean room and very friendly staff.

Bastante limpio, el colchón cómodo y la regadera excelente. El servcio no es extraordinario. Lo catalogan como 5 estrellas pero muy lejos de serlo. Te piden depósito por el uso de la caja de seguridad del cuarto y si requieres el uso de una plancha. Le faltan apagadores y contactos eléctricos en puntos clave. El televisor y la recepción dejan mucho qué desear. El WiFi es muy mediocre. En general, para un viaje rápido, es aceptable aunque el precio es excesivo.

Por alguna razón la lava se me hizo vieja (colchón), se sentía como esos colchones viejos de medio resortes. Las instalaciones están viejas y austeras pero limpias… puedo entender esto último por el costo.

We were satisfied on with our stay. We would recommend to save more water with more efficient showers. The current showers waste too much water. Otherwise things were very good

The bathroom smell like rotten broke pipe. I ask to be moved to another room they said that all single rooms smelled the same and that I had to pay $2,000 pesos if I wanted to be move to the other side. Because I also complained about the excessive noise. It was impossible to sleep. Because their windows are so thin that you can hear every car that passes by. They said that Expedia was aware of those issues. I told them that Expedia usually tells you if the room is expose to noise or not. Anyway I would never stay their again even if they would offer me a room for free.

Customer service was excellent. Hotel a little outdated and floor carpet seemed dirty. Bed was pretty comfy and pretty comfortable. Appreciated the amenities in the room. Was an ok hotel for 2 day stay restaurant food was not very tasteful at all . I would rate the hotel restaurant a 2.

The service wasn’t great, I had to ask for a bedding change twice because no one came up the first time. The sheets smelled like if they weren’t changed after the last guests. I asked for extra towels twice because no one came up the first time I asked at the front desk. The room itself didn’t feel very clean, the carpet was so old and dirty. The restroom was also dirty. I will not be staying here ever again, however I will be going to Mexico City again and very soon!
